The customer service is very good. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me well informed of what they were doing and the approximate time it would take for the service. The waiting lounge needs a major overhaul with comfortable furniture, workstations & wifi available.

my experience
I have only had my car serviced at the St. Augustine location since I bought it a year and a half ago. The service and the people are excellent. This time however I had an appt in the afternoon for an oil change and was there for 2 hours. I will now only make my appointments in the morning. This will not keep me from going there again in the future and I only include because I think you want positive feedback and honesty in your reviews. I understand that the later one goes i. the day the more likely they are to be backed up and behind. The positive side is they do offer a nice place to wait with freshly baked cookies, TV, internet, drinks and comfortable chairs.

Roger tried
Roger was a very cooperative person and really tried to help take care of my concerns. They have actually changed policy on one of my concerns, but overall, I do not consider their technicians to be competent to continue to provide service to my vehicle.
Unresolved issues that remain include a very confusing safety/maintenance checklist that is poorly designed and confusing unless each item is reviewed and discussed. Of great concern was the confession that because I had a new car, some items were not really checked. Not sure what was skipped, but everything had a tick in the box as if it had been checked.
I have always maintained my own vehicles and I still believe that anyone who works on my car must do the job as well as I do and has the same respect for my car as I do. I just do not feel that way with the group here. As this is my personal feeling, I would still say that Roger really tries and if you are unfamiliar with maintenance, then this is a place that you can go for honest repair service.
