Great service
I am not from St Augustine but was in the area and needed service on my brand new Elantra. I brought it to Hyundai of St Augustine and every staff member was concerned and attentive, and made an effort to figure out what was going on with my car. After arriving for my appointment, I only waited about 45 minutes before the issue was resolved and I was back on the road, which is probably the quickest visit to any car service location I’ve ever had. Thanks to the entire service team for their compassion, understanding and speed.

I did not give a five star rating this time because I had to call them about my tires that were ordered. I had a previous cell phone number which I asked them to change and either they didn't change it or someone forgot to call me and it was on my initiative that I called them 3 days later to find the tires were in.
Then they couldn't get me in until the following week, not their best moment.

Had a broken trunk latch. I called and was told to bring my Sonata right in. Technician did a great job ( he had to crawl in the trunk through the back seat).
Very pleased with S.A. Hyundai service dept.

This is my third Sonata. I'll most likely get a fourth!
