Since purchasing our 2017 Santa Fe we have received nothing less than outstanding service for our vehicle. All service attendants have always conducted themselves with the highest professional standards advising me of issues as well going over post repair service completed. Unfortunately I had major repairs done on my Sonata. I have to thank Roger for explaining the situation with kindness and empathy to soften the blow. He also requested that the repair be expedited as quickly as possible. Oh, and the warm chocolate chip cookies, hot coffee and clean waiting area were a bonus.
