I am stuck with the Sonata but not with the service department.
I brought the car in for yet another problem, this time the air bag light stays on. The service center was very busy that day, and it was taking longer than expected to diagnose the car's trouble, so my service writer generously offered a loaner car. And even though she was up to her eye balls in work that day, she treated me, the customer, with courteousness and respect. I did not get the car repaired by Hyundai because the repair cost was astronomically high, but that isn't the fault of the service department. The service department is okay by me.

Small operation, makes customer service more responsive.
In real life, nothing is perfect. With that in mind, overcoming disappointments and getting problems resolved is generally easier in a small well run dealership like Hyundai of St. Augustine, than a large one, where service tends to be more impersonal.
