I only went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It only took an hour tops and I got a free car wash (added bonus). The representatives were very nice and welcoming. They also had snacks ready for their customers and great WI-Fi service (amazing to use while you wait). I used to get my oil change in Va and did not like the service in comparison to the Capitol Heights location.

Mad love
I love EVERYONE I have come in contact with. I really love that I feel that they care. I know they aren’t “getting” over on me. Most importantly they tell me if I am doing something that will ultimately cause me problems down the road. Without that knowledge I am sure I would totally mess up my car. Thanks guys!! The Service time can be improved
I was a bit disappointed in the time it took to service my vehicle. I was there for 4 hours to have sway bar links repaired.

Will have been to this location on several times. Will was my service advisor on at least two of those visits. Will has provided Exceptional Customer Service on those occasions. First service experience with my new Hyundai vehicle - a tyre rotation. It took a little while longer than I expected but they gave me 50% off the bill and I don’t have to take the car back until it’s ready for the 15,000 mile service hopefully so I can’t complain.
