Faster than quoted and exceptional customer service
Geico's roadside service connected me. Geico quoted a 90 minute wait time and Steve was there in under 30 minutes, which was great since it was 30° out . I am in a full extended leg brace and Steve was gracious and kind because he had to lift me into and out of the cab.

2.5 hours for a tow
i cannot believe i paid $150 to sit in my car for two and a half hours, literally 4 blocks away from their HQ, while they said their driver was "twenty minutes away" every time i called. liars and thieves. go with literally anyone else.

They are theves and down right liers to rip off your insurance company if you do busi with this company it serves you right for what happens to you next time you need help when your broke down I suggest you tell your insurance company you want a towing that doesn't lie

Zachari was amazing!

Extremely satisfied with the service we received!
Our daughter is away at school in the Rochester area and she needed some work done on her vehicle while at school. Not knowing where to turn, we went with a recommendation from AAA to go to Action Towing & Service. We were very happy with the service that was recommended and performed. They only addressed the items that we took the vehicle there for and the pricing was fair. We are very thankful that Action Towing & Service was recommended to us. We certainly would refer them to anyone in the Rochester area that needed to have their vehicle serviced. Thanks to "Laz" and the whole crew at Action Towing & Service! Far beyond the Expectation
Our car ended up in quite a precarious location today, and the driver never gave up. It was frightening for us and him at times, but he stayed calm, logical, and kept working at it a little bit at a time. It was also 24° with quite a wind chill. Thank youmfor the save and your positive attitude.
