They do know everything about cars and listens to their clients!
After going on line and seeing what normal costs of what I had done was, they were higher. I do think they do a great job there, and I trust them ... just higher in costs.

Honest work done right
Brought my truck in to fix a coolant leak. The fast lube place I go to thought the overflow bottle was cracked but they don't do that. Came to Bill Brown Auto Clinic and they discovered the thermostat housing was cracked. Estimated $385 to fix. Called me when it was done and said ut didn't take as long as he thought so only $276. Great! These guys are so honest. Thanks Bob.

Quick service at reasonable price
I took in my pick-up with a mis-fire issue. It was fixed in one day. There were no surprises. Four different people who didn’t know each other had recommended Bill Brown. It made since to try them out.

Brought car in for low brake fluild level warning.
Was just needing pads.
Fixed in 24 hours.
Probably 1/2 of what dealer would have charged!!!

Honest, excellent service
I have been taking my car to Bill Brown for years. They have always provided effective, efficient, excellent service. They are able to diagnosis for even the weirdest noise, provide an estimate before proceeding with any repair. The cost is always reasonable and I never worry if the car was repaired appropriately. And they do this with a friendly attitude. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else.
