I took my car here the first time for an inspection and it went pretty well. I just had to have my car in there last week, I was not able to pick it up on a day that they were open so I had to pay with a card over the phone and use the Dropbox, I asked about the $100 off service of over $1,000 coupon that I received in the mail, and was told it had to be presented, however, I could drop it off in the box when I pick my car up. I didn't get much sleep Saturday night and I was busy Sunday morning and when I picked my car up later in the day, I forgot the coupon. Monday I sent a text message explaining that I forgot it and said I could even send a picture of the coupon and I was completely ignored, and at this point they sent me the mailer they could have just honored the coupon, so I had to run it in, I get there and they actually honor the coupon, then tell me that they applied it to my account for the next time I come, they could not refund it to my card even though the coupon says nothing about applying it to your account. So I wasted my time because I will not be going back again, they do not have respect for your time, and the whole coupon situation is a little bit shady and deceptive.
