Service oil pan leak and recall
Took my sons car in because if a low oil pressure warning with engine light on, and car dieing. They were able to fix the car quickly once appointment day came, and had fixed a recall on the car we were not aware of. Thank you!!

All you gotta do is ask for Kyle he’s the guy !
I’ve been goin to this dealership for 3 years now every time I have gone it hasn’t taken more than an hour to get stuff set up and get you in a vehicle. They have a lot of options to choose from Kyle is the man if you want in a vehicle quick give him a call. I 100% recommend coming here.

What a joke
I would not recommend this place ever to anybody at all very rude and disrespectful they have called and called me forever and then the day I decide to make a appointment I break down on side road on my way I called to tell heather there and she hung up on me cause she was mad we wasn’t coming now and then my husband called to talk to her she wouldn’t come to phone and then finally return our call to tell us she couldn’t do nothing for us now after she ran our credit and before she said she could put us in something and got our hopes up I think there customer service is awful and they should not tell people they can get them into something and then later change that very rude!!! Will never go back ever again!

Disappointed -Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited in January 2023 at Bob Brady Hyundai
I purchased a brand-new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited in January 2023 at Bob Brady Hyundai in Decatur IL. I will start my review by thanking Kyle Costello for his excellent customer service, knowledge of the inner working of the vehicles, and just for being a genuine person who is just as interested in helping you with your new car experience as he is with "selling" you a car. Unfortunately, that is where my positive comments end. My experience did not begin with Kyle and was with a different salesperson who was pushy, did not disclose all the many add-ons and the cost added to the vehicle purchase until I was literally sitting in front of the financing guy with documents pushed in my face to sign (and yes I kept asking for a breakdown of the price), and he has had a very condescending attitude towards me since I purchased the vehicle and particularly when I asked for help communicating with the maintenance department about the car’s electrical issues. I purchased a brand-new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited in January 2023. This is a beautiful car with more features than I will probably ever use! However, there are issues with the onboard displays and air conditioning that could be related to electrical issues or a software defect. I have been so disappointed having just paid over $40,000 for this 2023 Hyundai Sonata. This was my very first new car! I was so excited. The maintenance department have tried to diagnose the issue and did establish there was indeed a problem that is "beginning to show up in other vehicles" as well. The car was taken for over a week for repairs. After retrieving the vehicle, the very same problems consisted including onboard drivers displays reverting back to initial factory settings, resetting meters and indicators for fuel, mileage, and economy, the air conditioning also turns off and resets among other issues. On an almost daily basis I have to go in a reprogram the displays to show the correct information and I have lost any information stored for fuel, mileage, and fuel economy. My greatest disappointment is how I have been treated as a customer after purchasing the vehicle. I feel very much like now that they have my money, I am not a priority and there has been little to no communication from the maintenance department with any updates or communications from the Hyundai engineers. I understand that things like this can take time, but I have gone weeks without even a courtesy update on the status of my vehicle. I believe if I stopped calling the maintenance department, they would never bother to contact me and would just wait for me to go away.

No call back
3 times I’ve called to speak with service manager, because Hyundai asked me too so we could get my car service work done and covered under warranty. Guess what. No call backs from department. So I call my case manager at Hyundai. He says he has spoke. With service manager twice. I’m tired of the terrible customer service from this department.

Everyone was very supportive in helping me decide to lease a new Santa Fe. Joe Wenskunas was encouraging and helpful in making my decision to lease and not buy my used Honda CR-V. The process was time consuming but that was on my part. Kudos to all who helped in this process. Thank you.

Very terrible dealership and they can't be trusted.
I was in the market for a hyundai. I received a call today from Bob Brady and they said someone backed out on a deal so they had one available and if I came in and put a deposit on the vehicle they would hold it while we got the financing done . I live about 45 minutes away from Decatur and they knew that . I was going to sell my current car and use that as a down payment. I left work early to make sure that I could put my deposit down to secure the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was told since I live out of town in order to purchase the new hyundai I would have to trade in my current car there and they were going to give me thousands less than what I was going to sell it for the next day . Stay far away from this dealership . They are very shady and can't be trusted.

Amazing Experience!
I worked with Kyle on the sale of my son’s Sonata Limited. Kyle was very knowledgeable, friendly and worked fast so we weren’t there all day, as we drove from St. Louis. He went above and beyond explaining the technology to my son. Kyle gave my son a great first car buying experience. If your looking to buy a car and want a great salesman, go see Kyle. He will take care of you!

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to complete your survey and providing this valuable feedback.  I apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations for service, but wanted to take a minute to address your concerns.  Unfortunately, our weekend appointments do fill up pretty quickly, and we do run with a smaller service staff on Saturdays, so we are unable to accomodate as many people on the weekends as we would during the week.  As for the maintenance interval, that is all driven by the manufacturer.  We at the dealer level don't have control of the interval specific things like that, we just have to abide by the program as it was laid out by Hyundai.  In response to your concern about the employees not wearing masks, the way we have been handling masks is on a case by case basis, and if a customer expresses concern about our staff not having a mask on, every staff member is more than willing to put a mask on to accomodate.  
I appreciate you bringing it to my attention about the language from the staff, I will make sure to address it with all departments, not just the service department that this survey is specifically addressing.  And I will most definitely make sure to address with the service advisors the floor mats.  We do have those on the service lane readily available, so I will make sure that advisors are putting them in all vehicles.  
As for your concern about your vehicle not being washed, we apologize that we could not accomodate your vehicle being taken through the car wash that particular day.  It is our company policy that the automatic car wash is not run on those days for the safety of customer vehicles and for the car wash machinery.  I do understand that car washes in the area were open and operating on that particular day, but again, our company policy is to not operate the car wash on days where the temperature is below freezing.
