Excellent Service. Done with dealerships.
I bought my Benz from the Beverly Hills dealership. I went to the LB dealership for my first service and they tried to suggestive sell me other services and overcharge me on tires. Won’t go there again. Decided to try Beverly Hills and after waiting in line for a half hour just to see someone, was disgusted with the circus around me and the lack of organization and poor service that I left. Made me wonder if it was worth it to keep the nice car if all I was going to encounter was poor service everywhere I went.
And then I discovered Broadway German. They have been in business for years. Well respected And known for their quality of work. Excellent service. Fair. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Nice. Small business. They now have mine. Do yourself a favor and do t bother going anywhere else.
