False online pricing. Deceptive practices in order to keep deposit. Lies from multiple staff and bullying behavior. Having to ask 3 different people over 30 minutes for your check back that is not made out to the company is unacceptable. The service dept attendant was rude and unprofessional.

Service was good, people were good, just would not plug in computer to get codes from a engine light on. Something they have always done for me. They told me I needed to schedule, 3 weeks in the future to have engine light checked.
Because of the not checking the engine light as part of the service I have always gotten, I will look for another service company.

Great Service Experience
I live in Chicago, and was downstate visiting my sister. I have been to Carmack multiple times. I called to see if I could get an appointment for a repair (because I no longer feel positive about my dealer), and they squeezed me into their schedule. They did a great job, and EVERYONE was very nice! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
