Terrible customer service
The old guy behind the desk was passive aggressive, rude, and tried disregarding a coupon I got from their website. Also overheard him being being rude to a customer over the phone while I was in the waiting area. Overall a terrible experience

The Best of the Best smog facility
I get to this Smog Test shop for the past few years, whenever needed. This is a very professional facility. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs smog test. Also, this shop can do repairs and especially oil change. I must say I live outside Walnut Creek, toll bridge required. And I still prefer this shop because I trust mechanics there. Thank you all!

Andre was so kind and informative. He was quite patient in explaining to me what was wrong and what was replaced. Because Andre & staff did an outstanding job on my Jaguar, My car drives nicely!!
