Professional and reasonable
Greg found a replacement part for my Prius below anything I could find anywhere online. It was ordered, delivered and an appointment to install it in less than a week. I found his prices reasonable and his work looked great. I'd recommend him to others.

Greg knows cars and seems to have a love for them
Greg got right to work on my 2000 323ci BMW. He diagnosed the problem, got the part locally and had the problem fixed in reasonable time. He explained what the cost would be. There were no hidden costs.

reliable repairs at a reasonable price
My daughter needed a new water pump for her Prius. Greg saved her over $100 in parts and labor.

Tony said his overall experience at this business was not very good. He stated they ran a diagnostic on his vehicle and then told him his battery was dead. He mentioned he had gone to Les Schwab after this and they told him his battery was fine. He was charged for nothing and he would not recommend them for service.

 The battery was charged and tested several times and than sat over night and dropped to 10 volts, at that point the battery was diagnosed as having a bad cell. The electrical system was check for a draw with the car turned off and a vary small draw was detected but not enough to bring the battery down to 10 volts overnight. The other dealer agreed to replace the battery at no charge but didn't follow through on their promise. I sorry for the frustration this car has been but this is all that could be found wrong for the time allotted.
