Poor Business Practice.
Had rear end work done less than a year ago. Noticed a problem as soon as I got my car back but it would come and go. Covid happened and time got away from me. But I called to have them look at it again. Person who picked up asked me the issue and then asked for Type of vehicle. He immediately told me that they have no interest in getting there hands on the vehicle, sorry, then hung up. Before I could even explain that it was a recurring problem from the last job and just wanted to get it looked it. Didn't expect them to just fix it for nothing because it was a previous job. Unreal.
