They lie and misrepresent prices of advertised cars and trade ins.
This dealership outright lied to me regarding the initial trade in value of my car they agreed to pay when I first got to the dealership, they basically changed the value to 10K less when I wanted to get a lesser expensive car. This dealership outright LIED, about their prices on the 4 cars I was interested in purchasing. This dealership lied about the $5000. over the trade in value incentive they said they were currently having. This dealership lied about giving a $250 deduction coupon on your new purchase.
Where do I begin? First let me say my salesman, Tucker was curteous, respectful and professional!
I went to this dealership because it is Hyundai and I bought my 2 previous Hyundai's from them. I remember their motto is you are now part of the Hyundai family! Precovid thats exactly what it felt like. Now, your just a means to make money. I already hv a very nice Hyundai and really didn't need another but I wanted to see about lowering my payments and getting an SUV to travel in. Prior to even looking at any SUV's I needed to know what my trade amount would be, so I wouldn't waste my time. I met with I assume a manager who told me he could guarantee me my payoff amount of $22k on my car. Ok 1st step done. Second, I needed to be sure there was a car I wanted BEFORE they ran a credit check (I didnt want a hit on my report). I had spent alot of time researching and looking at cars online and on the lot. I was there over 3.5 hours! I found 4 SUV's I was interested in buying. The prices ranged from $18K to 23.5K. They ran my credit and came back with a detailed list of charges. After all the add ons the total price came up to 32k. On the top of the sheet they had the car priced at 23.5 k, which was the most expensive car I had looked at. I told them I wanted the grand total for the car priced at 18k not 23.5k. Thats where more lies began. I was told I could get anyone of the four cars for the 32k total. It didn't matter what the price said on the internet or on the car sticker! What? Wait! Change the price to the 18k and reduce the taxes etc and my payment should be significantly lower. No they couldn't do that because then they would give me much less for my trade in. Keep in mind they had promised in the beginning to payoff the car. After the manager tried to talk around in circles trying to justify the WRONG price, I was just mortified. Guess what, I may be a senior and a woman but I'm not stupid which he was trying hard to make me feel. Anyway as you can guess, I was very upset. Upset that I wasted a perfectly beautiful day getting jerked around by this company. Never again will I return or buy another Hyundai. Note to future buyers: whatever the "special internet" price is, it doesn't matter. Plan on paying 10 to 12 thousand more than that price or your just going to waste your time.

Terrible service. Rude. We were the first appointment upon opening. Zero communication as to what was going on and what was needing to be done. Time is money they say. Waiting for an oil change and a battery replacement has been an entire day worth of work

Worst service ever
Made appointment for 9 am. Opening. It's 3 pm and they are just taking my vehicle back. I was called at 12:26 and told my vehicle should be ready in 30 minutes. I get back and hrs go. Mind you, my vehicle was parked in a lot and was taken back almost an hr AFTER we arrived for it to be picked up. The manager Robert Sweeney was rude and brushed us off when we asked for cleared communication. Very rude. Slow. And absolutely had no idea what my car was being serviced for. I will be trading this car in asap on ANY other vehicle besides a Hyundai. The worst customer service I've ever received. That manager should be relieved from his responsibilities as he lacks the skills to deal w the general public. Mr Sweeney, because of you I will no longer do visit with Hyundai. I will be getting rid of my car and I will be sure to never purchase a vehicle again. They should not be scheduling appointments when they have no staff.

Good Experience
My hopes for a pleasant outcome were partially realized when I received notice of the repair work being completed, and fully realized when I functionally tested the vehicle. Jenkins was very cooperative and provided excellent service at a reasonable cost.

Went for warranty work, no parts!!!
I received a letter to make an appointment for Hyundia anti theft recall. I made the appointment and went to Jenkins Hyundai. I waited over an hour, and was then informed that Jenkins did NOT have the parts. This was my second try to get the Hyundai theft issue resolved. The first time Hyundai gave me a club that did not fit the steering wheel. What a waste of my time.

Engine failure
Our 2021 Kona experienced engine failure July 2023. We towed our Kona to their location due to needing a loaner car /rental to allow transportation to work. Upon arrival it was a fight to receive a loaner vehicle dispute our “client service representative” Courtney Winters stating the work would typically take a month to complete. Communication was limited if not nonexistent regarding the process or progress of the repair. We were notified the vehicle would be complete the week of August 28th. After numerous calls, voicemails, messages sent, and spending three hours on hold to be hung up on to restart the process Courtney Winters stated “the car would need a new battery costing $300”.

Saturday Courtney stated the car would be complete Tuesday September 5th if they could find where the newly replaced engine was leaking coolant.

Today we made the hour and 45 minute drive to the dealer after Courtney confirmed they fixed the leaking coolant issue, test drove the vehicle, and it received their seal of approval for us to retake possession.

We drove less than 10 miles from their location before the “ENGINE FAILURE” alarms started. Naturally the vehicle was turned around to be returned to the dealer. It is now sitting leaking the remainder of coolant across their service station.

Due to the displeasure of dealing your your dealership/repair center and their disgustingly poor customer service and sheer inability to do their jobs effectively I will contacting the better business bureau, However if i see a response by the end of today with the answer I deserve as one of your customers I will give you 10 days to rectify your disservice to me and my family, If not then i will write them and send them all our correspondence with dates of many duplicate repairs with a full written report of this absolutely disgusting experience with your company.

Routine Service
Is it normal to take 3+ hours for a routine 15,000 service of my 2022 Hyundai Palisade with an appointment?

I had a 9:30 AM appointment on Saturday 6/18, arrived and checked in at 9:15 AM. Service requested was an oil change, tire rotation and repair the windshield runner on the passenger side (basically pop it back in). At approximately 11:15 AM, my service advisor indicated I needed a new cabin filter at a cost if $69.99, which I approved. The final total came to $79.95.

My car was finally delivered and I checked out at 12:31 PM. So what did they do between 9:15 AM and 11:15 AM?

Comments on my service at Jenkins
This is the second vehicle we purchased through Hyundai Ocala. I understand everyone has a bad day or two, but their service department has been lacking for quite a while, not only for this visit where we having issues and concerns but I also heard several times of being there between the two vehicles of complaints in their service department and the amount of time and service performed on other customers vehicles. I understand they are understaffed, but scheduling should also reflect that amount of personnel

Hyundai cares
My Santa Fe had a motor issue. It was repaired but when I drove off service dept. for 3 miles it lighted engine light. Returned to dealer gave me loaner car and was repaired with new catalytic. It runs good now but what if I didn't have insurance or warranty.

Great experience!
The customer service waiting room was clean with plenty of seating either a cafe table or cushioned chairs. Our service representative approached us within five minutes of our arrival. She was pleasant and efficient. A beverage section had a variety of coffee to choose from. There is a snack bar with a hostess.
