Told me that my car had to be in the shop for 7 - 10 business days for a Diagnosis ... ( that takes about 5min to do )
The young black " customer service " gentleman obviously just wanted to get rid of me and my car problem.
If you have a chance to book somewhere else do yourself a favor and do so.

They have one of the best customer relations manager
After calling for days and not being able to get a hold of anyone or getting the runaround. I was able to get a hold of a woman named Nila. She is one of the sweetest most patient person I have ever encountered. It is so hard nowadays to receive that type of customer service especially in Miami Florida. I wish I could give her 100 stars. She is precious and a wonderful asset to have for a company if her team members treat, their customers with no regard, I can only imagine the treatment she receives. They do not deserve her. It is because of her I am giving this dealership 10 stars the 10 stars belongs to her and only her.
Delwis was amazing, attentive and timely. I had a great service visit to replace my horn that went out on my 2022 Elantra Hybrid. Got an oil change also.

Threats are the only thing that works - sadly
I should not have to basically threaten people to get someone to treat me the day way they treat the Atlantis and Genesis customers. I have been here now going 4 hours and have observed how they are treated it’s a disgrace. Then companies wonder why they lose business. Disgraceful!
I came in for an oil change and Roccio was very attentive and friendly. She made the process very easy. I will definitely have my car serviced at this location again.
