Terrible Vehicle Service
I will never buy a Hyundai again! 3 weeks ago I brought my Sonata to Lia Hyundai of Hartford for a flashing check engine light. They told me the engine had to be replaced. It has been 3 weeks and the vehicle is still not complete. I was informed the first week after I called them that the engine was already ordered and at the shop. A week went by and I called again to get an update. The representative was rude and hung up before I was even done speaking. I then got a call telling me they needed another week and that they didn't start on it. Another week went by and I called again. They told me there was multiple cars in front of me and that they needed at least another week. I am very disappointed with the service. I have never heard of a place taking so long with something that was caused by manufacturer error.
