Joe Gross Finance Manager
Mr. Gross exhibited excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable and understands the customer's needs. Especially, when the customer doesn't have the down payment at time of purchase. He knows the importance of building customer relationships, by trusting the customer would maintain their promise to pay. I can say that Mr. Gross experienced a trustworthy customer in me Ms. Hill. Worst experience EVER!
I took my car to this location because they could get me in faster then my usual Hyundai location in Capital Heights. On 10/11/23 took my car in because the check engine light was flashing, and hesitating at pull off. Took my car in for Marcus to tell me it would be about 2-3 days before they could see it, that was fine. On the 3rd or 4th day, I get the text letting me know what all needs to be done, approved the major part which was supposed to fix the problem. Got my car had it all of 30dys same issue again. Call make appointment was told I could drop it of on a Monday Nov. 27th. Dropped it on Sunday, Monday Marcus let's me know they have my car, I text and call Wed. Marcus, who let's me know no update on my car. Thursday no call or text from Marcus On Friday I called and asked for Marcus mgr., spoke w/James B. told he my story, he said let me see what I can find out and I promise you I will call you back. He did, he apologized that no one had even looked at my car, he promised me that he would have someone look at it and hopefully have answers to me by Monday. James also called me on Saturday just to make sure that he had returned my call just incase he forgot. I told him we had already spoke, Marcus text me on Monday Dec. 4th to apologize for not be more responsive and that they needed to have their specialist figure out if it was my knock sensor or something else going on with my car. Marcus text me on Tuesday to say the knock sensor needed to be replaced. I was able to pickup my car on Tuesday Dec. 5th. But the issue for me was each time they send you the approval of work, they include additional things they suggest you have done. The first time and 2nd time they had my car they said I needed to have my spark plugs changed, 2 filters. But when I took my car the 2nd time I had changed the sparks plugs 3 days before dropping it off had new washer blades put all around. Why am I being told to change the spark plugs still and the back wiper blade needs to be replaced. That tell me you are not checking anything. Such a rip off, in all my years of owing cars this was the worst experience I've ever had.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and I was told I couldn't use my credits that I have accumulated. I advised the service advisor at the time Marcus and he said I don't know what that is and when it expires. In the fine print it says if you don't bring your car in for service within a 12 month period the rewards expires. Mind you I've been coming here since I bought it back in 2017. I'm baffled and disappointed because I paid for the service and couldn't use my rewards, whats the point of having rewards if I cannot redeem them. I also received a thank you text for giving them a 5 star rating for my service, I did not and will not do that so whomever submitted the review it was not me and I don't trust bringing my vehicle to this location for service.

Awful communication
The vehicle problem was a signification issue caused by a recall service issue. The timeframe to fix the problem was four and a half months, which was outside of the service departments control; however communication about the problem was very poor, as was coordination to get a rental car. I’m not sure if I’ll respond to the next recall notice!

Only place my car will go from now on!
Had an oil change and my car was in and out under 3 hrs. Service department was super friendly and professional. Also was located about 2 miles from Bowie Town Center. So service your car and run errands. 2 birds 1 stone. I couldn’t do that before at any other dealership. Highly Recommend this dealership.

Made appointment for engine oil light on. Was given oil change and tire rotation but expected more from a 75k maintenance check. I do not believe my car was thoroughly checked for issues and the oil light problem still persists today. When I picked up the car no one was available in service dept to explain and cashier was not helpful. Had to find my car in the back lot by myself. I will never take my car to this dealer for service again.
