Expect zero communication and more problems than you started with
My car had more damage after they serviced it than there was when I first brought it in. I towed my car in with a blown motor which is a recall issue for my specific model. They neglected to tell me when I dropped it off that it would take over a month to fix. I guess (based on their policy) they consider 5 weeks to be “a timely manner.”

The staff had reached out to me once after running a diagnostic and ordering parts. From then until pickup (5 weeks later), I hadn’t received a single communication from anyone at this facility. Other reviews talk about a “service advisor” who communicated with them. Apparently my service advisor’s name was Taylor, but they never reached out. The only reason I even have the name of this service advisor is because I escalated this issue up to Director of Operations. No one called, texted, or emailed anything to me throughout the 5 weeks they had my car for. To have my car out of my possession for weeks while no one gives me any updates was a terrible customer experience.

I had called the location myself on numerous occasions looking for updates. The majority of my calls were either hung up while waiting on hold, answered and then immediately hung up on, or transferred to the wrong department entirely. I wasted countless lunch breaks trying to get an update only to end up with nothing from their non-communicative staff.

Upon receiving my car, I got a multi-point inspection. The inspection came back saying my radiator was displace “due to impact.” I found this to be surprising because my car had never had any impacts or accidents previously. Luckily, I took my car to another auto shop in Ellensburg prior to towing it to Steve Hahn’s where they were able to verify that my radiator was not out of place when they had it. Seeing that the car was towed to Steve Hahn’s (w/o a radiator issue), I know for a fact that the service department is responsible for this damage. Despite this, they tried to charge me over $600 to get it fixed. On top of that, Trent in the service department suspiciously instructed me to “not mention the radiator to corporate” if I chose to file a complaint. The reason he stated was that my service might not be covered under warranty if Kia thinks my radiator caused my motor to blow up. Since the car was diagnosed and the warranty was verified over a month prior, I found this to be an unethical attempt at covering up their workmanship errors. When I escalated this issue, Jared Lingle said he was willing to see the evidence I had. Within minutes of getting off the phone, he proceeded to block my email so I couldn’t send him this info. I tried calling Kia corporate about it and they said that “only the independent locations handle workmanship issues.”

In addition to the radiator they damaged, I also had a dead battery, a leaking wiper fluid bottle, an oil leak, brakes hanging on by a thread, and a clogged CAT. None of this was caught in their multi-point inspection, and I’m positive these issues were not present when I towed the car to them.

Within 4 hours, my car was back in the service department but this time at George Gee’s Kia in Liberty Lake, WA. They were skilled enough to catch these problems in their multi-point inspection. George Gee’s Kia did the exact same inspection within 24 hrs of picking up my car from Steve Hahn’s Kia, but Steve Hahn’s didn’t catch any of these issues which speaks to the lack of skill in their service department.

To the Steve Hahn’s Kia staff, I wouldn’t come back to your location for service if it was my only option in the whole PNW. I’d rather tow my car across state lines to go elsewhere after the horrible service I received. Your customer service and communication are non-existent. Your service department is shady, inept, and has no regard for handling vehicles safely. Based on Kia’s policy, you can damage my car while it’s getting serviced, and so long as Jared says it’s not your fault, you can get away with it scot-free. For this reason, Kia has lost me as a customer, and I hold Steve Hahn’s Kia solely responsible for this.

Nightmare of a dealership
Avoid Steve Hahn’s like the plague. They failed to deliver on several promises, and we-owe’s. They don’t ship out your plates like they agreed and the sales department doesn’t communicate with finance department. If you want to save time, money, and stress by all means avoid this place.

I just bought my pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee from Steve Hahn. My sales person Atzy was amazing. Ask for her, she will find exactly what vehicle you need. Great all around place to purchase your next vehicle.

Great service
I had great service while purchasing my car.
I had great service when they took me through all the features on my car.
I purchased a clear coat for my car.
I took my car to have the clear coat done. It protects the car. I was able to pick up same day.
Steve Hahn drove up in my car to deliver back to me it was beautiful inside and out and because I was low on gas he stopped and paid for my gas and filled the tank.
The best experience I have had with a car lot hands down.
The employees that was in communication with me for appointment drop of and pick up was very friendly.
Awesome experience.

NIGHTMARE PURCHASE
Stay away Run go anywhere but here. Lies no paperwork I can't even pay because no one's mailed me a book or bank info. Treated me like trash and does not call back for six weeks. You would think buying a GLB 2020 is better than Goodwill ?

Experience of buying a new Mercedes thru this dealership
This is the most awful experience I have ever had purchasing a $60,000 vehicle. They did not show me how to operate the car they did not return my plate they did not send the correct information to the driver's license bureau they did not give me the bank information they are not returning my calls frankly-- I had to drive home a vehicle without knowing how to drive it with a phone. They sold it as" new" without giving me the 90 days no payment at a used cars interest rate! The GM left to do LANDSCAPING 3 hours in when I didn't want the vehicle and let me sit and wait. It's been 8 weeks and MBRACE is not working, sunroof is not working. Spokane owner MB tried to assist with a " screaming" sound when car went over 70mph driving 3000 miles home. NEVER WILL BUY A MB AGAIN.

Great Service done
Trent in service had done a very excellent job, he got my car in right away to get things moving along, gave me a very good time frame of when my car would be done, and sure enough it was finished in that time like he said. Was great working with ya Trent. Definite thumbs up ??

Saved My Bacon
I showed up at 4:50 with the Service Department closing in 10 minutes and my oil indicator light on. They put my vehicle up and discovered that the oil pan drain plug had been improperly installed after a recent oil change at a "discount" oil change chain. I had lost roughly half my oil. 40 minutes later they had refilled my oil and properly installed a drain plug.

I could have blown an engine and/or been stranded somewhere between Yakima and Seattle. Trent and Santiago were awesome. Thanks guys!

they say you're are finance then they raise your payment in a few days saying things like we dropped the price [ but the interest is raised high ] payment goes up 100.00 and you lose your warranty , they did it to us twice in 3 weeks , trade in cash down let you take car home thinking its all done WRONG [ our payment went up 120.00 per SO WHEN THEY SAY WE CAN FINANCE ANYONE [keep your cash and trade in UNTIL THEY HAVE YOU COMPLETELY FINANCED very unhappy
