Cindy in Sales and Tom in Financing went over and beyond to help me and my wife get a vehicle that matched our preferences and within our budget. I highly recommend when you go to ask for Cindy and let Tom work his magic when looking for a vehicle. I've told all my friends and will go back again if we have a need for another vehicle.

Poor service, reneged on price
Took my work vehicle in to get a simple brake job. Was told the job would be done the same day. One of their employees backed into a pole or something on their lot and wrecked the tailgate. This is a truck that produces on average of $1000 dollars a day for our business. They took a month to get the damage fixed, and there is no longer any vehicle signage on the back (due to the tailgate having to be replaced). The service manager promised to eat the labor cost for the brake job but then reneged and said we had to pay the whole thing, regardless of how much revenue was lost in the meantime---not to mention the lost signage. Bottom line is we had to absorb the lost revenue, the brake job and pay extra to get signage redone when it was THEIR EMPLOYEE that caused this whole mess. We will no longer buy Nissan vehicles again for our work vehicles and certainly will never use their "service" department again.

Bought a NEW CAR that was damaged.
Careful in buying from Nissan Tacoma. I purchase a New car from them. The manager had used it as a demo for couple months so it had 4k miles on it when I bought it (new). They gave me what I thought was a good deal on the car. Later I found that the clear coat was pealing off the bumper. So I took it back and tried to get an explanation or warranty repair. They looked at it and told me this car has been repainted. So I brought it to the managers attention and he said they could have it fixed in a week. I ended up trading the car in somewhere else because I wasn't even sure how extensive the damage really was in the first place. Make sure you look at the Carfax and don't let this dealership mislead you into believing everything they say.

Too long of wait
The staff was kind and friendly. However, if we are told that the appointment will last 45 minutes, we expect that. It ended up taking 2+ hours (for a very simple tire change). If we would have known that was the case we would have waited for another day or gone somewhere else. Clear/honest communication is preferred.
