This place SUCKS
The employees are incompetent, dirty, and unprofessional. They will up-charge you until you want to scream. They might even go ahead and break something so you have to pay for it! Total Automotive is the worst, most fraudulent business in the Northeast United States.

Service in the Time of Coronavirus
I needed to get the snow tires off of my car, but we are social distancing due to my son's immunocompromised condition. Tom and Chris have a whole system setup so you can drop off your vehicle, pick it up, and pay over the phone. Plus they have their mechanics taking precautions and they disinfect your car when they are done. I've been going to them for years and they always do a great job.

Speedy, friendly service
I recently began taking my car to Total Automotive and I love the service! I think it is reasonable (as compared to where I was taking the car), and they provide a complete explanation of what they did and what they think is needed. As an extra plus, the waiting room is great and the entire customer area is super clean. Love it!
