Excellent Overall Experience - And they did it with a major computer outage! Bravo!
I leased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Towne Hyundai and it was a great experience from the time I requested a price quote to the completion of the delivery, just 3 days later. First, the price quote: I had been working with other dealerships, as my lease was expiring and Towne wasn't the most convenient location. However, Towne contacted me because I leased my previous Santa Fe from them. Their first price was excellent... no haggling; no discount plans that were ending that day... Just a fair deal on the vehicle I wanted. On the day it was delivered, the process went very smoothly, which is amazing since I had been reading about the national car dealership computer outage which was preventing deliveries at many dealerships. MY salesman, Mike, showed off all of the features and the Jeanie (Finance) made the process fast and easy. I'm glad I decided to make this purchase and hope to do business with them again.
