Please know that our family owned dealership takes our customer concerns seriously. We strive to provide top-notch and honest customer service. I wanted to reach back out to you to assure you that we did not patch a tire on the new vehicle that you purchased from us. As you mentioned, you had the tires patched twice at Costco due to previous damage, and we are unable to confirm what was done there. Our dealership sold the vehicle new to you with only a couple of miles on it, and we show no service history of any tire patches being done at our dealership. As a goodwill gesture, we replaced the tire you were concerned about at no charge to you. I am not sure if there is a misunderstanding about your career, but please know that we do not doubt your business expertise, nor would we of any customer.
