The dealership was clean and comfortable. We were helped immediately when we walked in the door. We test drove the Corolla SE without any delays or problems. All of the dealerships personnel were courteous and helpful. We drove away with a new car the same day.

Above and beyond
The team just goes above and beyond. The brakes on our new Highlander have been questionable from the beginning but they are not a warranty item and it even costs to diagnose any issues. so They have looked them over before and assured me all is well, but it doesn't feel well. So the team listened and investigated and in the end they had to resurface the rotors and they covered all the costs 100%. People often say the dealership will rip you off... not this one. This is one of several stories where they have gone the extra mile for me. Thank you!

Took my tacoma in for a oil change/tire rotation, ok'd ac/condenser service because it's been almost 3 years, looking at my bill I see that I was charged for a cabin air filter , I had just changed the cabin air filter prior to the service, had to ask for a refund of the filter price, which was refunded, Got a message that it was recommended I refill my tires with nitrogen, I decline, check the pressure in my tires after the service and the pressures were all a bit low, makes me wonder if the rotation happened, I come to the dealership for peace of mind, this isn't that.
