Timeless Luxury

This car is so beautiful that in 10 years it will still have the modern features people will look for in a Pre owned car. The car has a timeless feel to it and a design element that will last for years to come. It’s NO BMW or Mercedes but that’s exactly what I wanted. Everyone has bmw and Mercedes, genesis feels exclusive to me and the bang for your buck is definitely there. Genesis is coming up as a brand and I am excited to be part of making history in that.

Great Luxury Vehicle for new adventure

As long time Lexus owner since 2007, it is hard to tell how well GV80 will stay relaible in long run. But my first impression and everyday driving experience from day one show confidence that this vehicle hold its qulity and value. Highly Recommended

so far the best car I have purchased even better than my Infinity. All of your features are the best that I have tested or driven during this purchase. I love the safety feature the best I have seen or tested. The interior is so beautiful and comfortable, looking for my first long drip with the adjustable seating.

Very Stylish but Poor gas mileage. My experience is about 19 mph. If you are interested in towing the system does not automatically shut off certain features that should be shut off. Surprisingly requires a cord for car play. No internet is available within the car.

My first experience with Genesis. The overall process was so efficient, and low stress. The vehicle is amazing inside and out. Great lines and aesthetic look. The inside drive experience is exceptional. The greatest part so far is the technology. Genesis has created a technology advanced suv, coupled with great look and comfort.

Nice riding car with great styling. Technology is superb. Good experience with the dealership. Easy to work with. Turbo provides plenty of power. Interior is very rich looking and comfortable. Plenty of room in the trunk for storage. Auto tailgate is a nice feature.

Poor Dealership Experiecnce and Dirty Interiors

I did not like dealership experience, dirty interiors and ripped seat. I feel dissatisfied. I wish I would have bought it from a good dealer or possibly a different vehicle. It is not worth the price I paid for the car. I expect better service. Please do something.

Its everything I wanted, and more!

I have been researching the GV80 for years, and I finally purchased one. I am so glad I did, I love this car! I get compliments on the matte finish weekly, and my friends and family are seeing a Genesis product with my vehicle for the 1st time, and they are impressed.

Amazing Machine

Love my new GV80! Highly Recommend! Performance and comfort are off the charts! I love driving the car and it handles impeccably. The performance of the engine is highly impressive. Also the technology and sound system are fun. I considered other “high end” SUVs but the Genesis is in a class of its own!

Overall a Great Vehicle

I switched from a BMW X5 50i to a Genesis GV80. The Genesis GV80 overall is a comparable vehicle and superior in many ways. The styling is top notch, the Dune interior is gorgeous. The only knocks I have is I wish it had more power and that it is not equipped with wireless Apple Carplay. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is my third Genesis and totally pleased with Genesis and the products offerred. Far and away better value than BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Cadillac. We have had no problems with our current G90 and now with both the G90 and GV80, I, only interested in what comes down the line with Genesis except for electric.

Beautifully designed car. I was disappointed that I had to return car within 2 weeks to get rear liftgate working properly. The dealer was fantastic in their response. I continue to have annoying but not serious software issues. I hope they will be addressed in future updates.

I absolutely love my new 2023 GV80. This is Luxury at its finest. The safety features of the Genesis brand are amazing. I literally feel like I drive on a cloud everyday because my ride is so smooth. GV80 Adriatic Blue!!

Overall love the vehicle, styling, interior, and advanced technology. The ride is excellent. Some of the technology features still have bugs and kinks that need to be worked out. It would be the perfect vehicle, if it had better fuel economy. It seems to be clear that more genesis GV 80’s or sold that have previously been expected, or Genesis products in general, because when attempting to get service the genesis experience that was promoted is not realized, and the overall service for the genesis does not feel like that of a luxury vehicle, but I have a low to mid range price vehicle at best

Feels great to drive Genesis with all safety and auto driving features, great pick up, fully loaded is a great value purchase and we decided this vehicle after checking Lexus, BMW, Benz and all other SUV’s. Thanks to the excellent support from dealership in Plano.

BEST VEHLICLE I HAVE EVER DRIVEN,

I have owned a Mercedes S430, a LS460 and currently own a 2019 LS500 and will probably replace it with a future Genesis vehicle (provided the quality remains consistent). At this time Genesis produces excellent vehicles. The only drawback at this time is there is no free standing Genesis facilities.

Great car but can be better

Got my new., 3.5 Prestige... Had a few issues which is not uncommon... Drives great, very comfortable but controls are confusing. If you want to know what the car can do, spend a lot of time in it in the garage to learn. There are features of the car that are not described in the manual and you can't find them online either... Mobile app is great to have, but implementation is far from perfect. There are hidden features there that user has to find on his own... Haven't done true service yet, so I am waiting to see how it's level compairs to others... Overall if I haven't driven the first gv80 Prestige after they came out, I would have given this vehicle a 10. However, I see features removed while the price is up, so I will drop the rating just a bit...
