Vehicle ok. Finance total ripoff

Finance will charge you one month interest before you have the opportunity to pay it off. At Joe Biden interest rates this is totally unacceptable. Was told at time of sale i could pay it off on first payment. Trouble is it takes them one month to issue account number so they can charge you one months interest which amounts to 172 dollars. Total SCAM. Buyer BEWARE.

I am still learning about the warning stuff.

I am still learning about the other stuff besides putting gas in, turning it on, going, and stopping. I am not that excited about the cruise control but will become accustomed to it with driving time.

Road trip of 2600 miles

The ride was good. Acceleration was okay for a 4-cylander vehicle. I most recently drove a 6-cylander Sonata and it made passing on two-lane roads and climbing hills effortless. This 2023 Santa Fe frightens me a bit. Room is good. The new technology is stressful for a person who had driven a 2009 Sonata for 14 years. I turned most of the technology off. My Sonata was quieter and the ride was about the same. Gas mileage in the Santa Fe is significantly lower than my 2009 Sonata.

Great car

Beautiful cool car. Great for long drives. Great family vehicle. I would recommend this car to my friends. So fun to drive, economical, good gas mileage, lots of storage space. Roomy ride and super comfortable.

Santa Fe

We love our Santa Fe so much that we purchased a Palisade a couple months ago. We have not had any problems at all. I love that we get free oil changes for the 1st 30,000 miles. The service department at our dealership is so friendly and explain everything.

2023 Santa Fe is awesome - just don't get it from Rick Case

Love, love, love our 2023 Santa Fe. It was everything we were looking for. Just don't get it from Rick Case. Worse service dept you will ever experience. If you break down, you are on your own and without a car if you want your car repaired by the dealer.

Great vehicle - needs some "tweaks"

This is a GREAT vehicle!!! Luxury at a midsize price. Fantastic features/Teck. Love it!! Some minor changes I would like to see like doing away with the push button shifter and make the auto stop/start permanently defeatable. The dual-clutch transmission isn't just not needed, but is a problem in certain situations (stopped on a hill). However, after all that, I highly recommend this SUV!!!

Great SUV.

We were looking to move into a SUV type car. This one checks all the boxes so far as quality, styling and performance. Even with the turbo 2.5 engine, it still gets very good mileage (if you keep your foot out of it).

2023 Santa Fe

I bought this car for driving comfort and fuel mileage. The build quality is top notch. I may be looking at the new Santa Fe or Palisade Limited in 2024. I’m feeling the need for something a bit larger. I want to stay with Hyundai but if I can get a better deal at another dealership I will consider the change. The fees and add ons at my dealership are a complete turn off, but I like the cars

Vehicle has good warranty and local service department is excellent . But vehicle lacks bang for your buck . Had good 0% 3 year finance . Vehicle resale value is falling like a rock Good transportation but not much on high end comfort
