Everything about the Tucson Sport is top shelf except the transmission or the logistics controlling the transmission. Skips, lags and in some cases does nothing. A rolling stop and go.....forget it. The pedal can go to the floor a few times then is met with a surprising neck snapping lurge.

FUN CAR TO DRIVE AND EASY TO HANDLE.WE ENJOY BOTH OF OUR HANDUAI AND HOPE TO GET OUR MONEYS WORTH. IT,S FUN TO TAKE THEM ON LONG TRIPS AND THEY HANDLE VERY WELL ARIUND TOWN. WE REALLY LIKE THE EXCELLERATION THE HAVE WHEN PASSING.

If the vehicle did not hesitate when starting out at slow speed, it would be perfect in every way. We have been very happy with the Tucson. With the upgraded wheels, it is the best looking small SUV on the road.

Tuscon

My Tucson has been great, except gas mileage. I would like to see a hybrid version or full electric model. It still run, looks and handles great. I could not be happier, minus gas mileage, with it's performance and the service center at Renton Hyundai!

Great suv

The Hyundai STinson is an excellent sub for a single person, family or someone retired. Just took a 2000 mile trip with five people in my wife's Tucson and everyone was comfortable. We average between 30 to 34 miles to the gallon. Ride was great, handled great.

I love the smooth steering and comfort. It feels big and strong, but light to drive. The turn radius is so much better than my other 2 cars. Bluetooth, rear camera, and air conditioning are such a welcome bonus.

Excellent car

I’ve been driving a Tucson since 2016 and I have not had very many, if any at all, issues with the car. Gas mileage is good. Room to breathe in the vehicle. Only thing I would change is that the backseat gets little to no air flow from the AC. Other than that, it’s been a very reliable car.

I like my Tuscon very much. I feel very safe driving it and appreciate the safety features my model has. Enjoy the outside styling and frequently recognize the car by the wheels when it is in a parking lot.

A work horse yet rides like a luxury vehicle

This is my second Tucson. My first was a 2010. I buy all my cars new because my dad always bought his cars new and taught me well ... it's in the genes! The Tucson is just the right size for me; great on gas; can be filled to overflowing like a truck, yet rides more smoothly than some cars. A/C is powerful (and I need it COLD); sound system is awesome; and I'm hooked on the rear camera (standard). I drive the Schuylkill Expressway into Center City and back twice a day, so you know what a beating it takes on THESE roads, yet my tires are like new, my brakes are like new, and it's now 3 years old. When my elderly parents were living, they had no problem getting in and out of it because it's not a monster, and as I age, I'm finding myself liking the convenient step-in height more and more. There's not a thing I dislike about this small SUV!

We are very satisfied with the performance of the HYUNDAI TUCSON over the past three years that since it was purchased. No major problem experienced and Service was excellent at all times when taken in for general service. Unsure of the brand but happy with Miller Service

I really do like my Tucson but it seems to have an engine problem. My Tuscon is a 2016 and twice since October it has gone almost completely out of oil. The car does not smoke and no oil puddles are ever found. I have taken it in twice but in order to make a case to Hyundai, I have to take it back every 1000 miles, 4 times. Now we are afraid to drive the car out of town in fear the engine might go. I don’t think I will buy another Hyundai.

Tucson

I really loved my Touring but when it was totaled I replaced it with the 2016 Tucson . I actually love this Hyundai as well. The large sunroof will be fun this spring and the cooling seats in the summer.

Cute but dysfunctional

I love the look and design, but I have had so many issues with it. Once the car just quit driving, the air conditioner has quit working twice, and my front driver door wouldn't open from the outside, all within 3 years. I bought it brand new. My college car was 10 years old and I never had it in the shop for issues. May just be a poorly made car. I hate the acceleration on it. It takes it forever to catch up and "stutters" as you try to gain speed.

I love the Tucson. It handles easily and a comfortable ride. Fits in my garage perfectly. I enjoy being up higher.. visibility is better. Easier to get in and out of vehicle. It is roomy for shopping..just right size.

WOW-Never thought I would own a Hyundai

I will admit my husband is 100%Ford. When we decided to trade our vehicle, we were getting terrible offers, deals and sales pressure that we both detested. Iwill say it was a fluke that my daughter said we should take a look at this used Tucson. We did and bought it that same day. By far it has been a great vehicle for us. We love it!!

The transmission is awful and the car shakes like a county fair roller coaster.

Since I bought this vehicle I have been having issues with my transmission. Jerky gear-shifting, shaking from stop to first and it overheated in stop and go traffic. A factory update was supposed to help, but it changed nothing. I've asked the dealership to check it out and they claim this is "normal" functioning. The car is under warranty and I haven't been able to get them to take this transmission issue seriously. Online there are lots of other complaining about the 2016 Hyundai Tuscon transmission as well. It's a known issue but at least one person I spoke to at the dealership claimed they had never heard of this before. I like the car in general, but feel scared to drive it in the city and terrified I'll get stuck in traffic on an interstate. I think I should feel safe and at ease driving a car that's only a couple years old and still under warranty.

My 2016 Hyundai Tucson Turbo

I absolutely love this car, it’s just the right amount of “sporty”that I was looking for. And, it’s gas mileage is good.it’s as classy as a Lexus that is similar in style. I would be willing to do an add for this very cool car.

My 2016 Tucson has performed above my expectations. The quality and craftmenship can't be matched. With 60k miles it performs as well as it did during our test drive. At 32mpg highway for a mid-sized SUV, is amazing. The factory tires lasted right up to my 60k service. Highly Satisfied.
