New vehicle purchase

The Tucson is a good vehicle overall, nicely equipped, good exterior and interior finish. The only downside is engine performance. The Tucson needs an engine with 200+ horsepower. An 8 speed transmission would be nice also.

My new car

I never had Hyundai before and loved my Mazda. However, a friend of mine has one and raved about it. I was ready to purchase a new car and thought I'd try a test drive of the Hyundai. First, I loved the styling. Then when I took it for a test drive I fell this was my next car. Now I'm the owner of a new Hyundia Tucson SUV.??

Worst car experience ever

I bought a brand new 2020 Tucson. It was broken since the day I bought it. The dealership has had it for 50 days plus. Their level of communication and ease of getting my car in to the shop was/is horrible.

It’s a good vehicle for driving around town but probably would need to step up to at least to the next model for long road trips.

I have had 3 Tucson’s and hardly any problems with them so that is probably why I will replace my next vehicle with a new one from you. You have a new high end model that I have seen that looks like a good replacement for my Honda Odyssey.

This was my fourth Hyundai purchase. I was in need of a lower car note but did not want to purchase a sedan. I was able to do just that. I love my Tucson. I recommend it to suv lovers and those whom may be like me whom like to sit up and not feel like your on the ground. Its stylish and has a lot of great features.

Excellent small suv

I wanted a affordable awd suv with excellent safety, features, and the Reliability of a naturally aspirated non cvt transmission. I'm very happy with the Tucson. The color is fantastic looks grey at times but in the sun looks green and sometimes blue.

I absolutely love this car. I love the way it rides and the way it looks. I feel amazing every time I drive it. She is SNOW WHITE. I had a 2012 Tucson as well, liked it a lot, but this 2020 car is perfect.

Could have easily been a 5 star!

Love our Tucson, however, not being upfront on the recall issue with the breaking system (bought in September and having to wait until January for PARTS!). THEY SHOULD HAVE LET OFF THE LOT UNLESS RECALL FIXED, THEY NEW MONTHS BEFORE ABOUT THE RECALL! Could have been a 5 star if upfront!

Good and bad 2020 Tuscon

I wish it had an automatic opener for the heavy rear door-I am 5 ft tall and it is hard to close. Also the panic alarm goes off too easily when I am carrying the keys. Take off from a stop is very sluggish!!!

This is a great car! Wonderful crossover, however not great for tall or bigger people. It drives incredibly, however!

This vehicle is extremely family friendly with a lot of room. I am in love with this car, the biggest issue is the time it takes to heat the car up in colder temps and only certain phone cards work with the android auto availability, but they all charge the cords. Bluetooth also always works.

My first car

I was so happy when I purchased the Tucson but got engine issue after 5days. It was really disappointing. I was never expected that Hyundai car got ant issues related to Engine. It took 9 days to resolved the Engine Issue.

I LOVE IT

I upgraded from the 2018 Kona Limited to the 2020 Tucson Ultimate. I love the size and comfort. It drives very quiet and has more safety features than I need. I love the panoramic sunroof and power tailgate. Had to drive it downtown Chicago for a few weeks for work and it did great on gas and I could easily fit into most parking spots. We were able to fit a vanity, full size toilet and flooring. I also was also able to fit a new storm door and tools in the back. Most feature for the best price in its class - I shopped around for a while.

I am happy with my Tuscan, its been nothing but wonderful and great for Wisconsin roads during every season. I love the amount of room and the gas mileage. The rearview camera is awesome as well as the audio.
