Good car for rural or urban roads.

I love this vehicle. I believe that Hyundai has the perfect car for any personality. We can identify ourselves with this brand cars. When I chose my car was for economic reasons; it was the closest option to my budget, however, after few months using it I realized that it was perfect. My concern was the brand. I was acostume to drive Honda and Toyota. Now, I wouldn't change Hyundai for any of them.

Why buy a TUCSON

Patterson hyundai in Tyler texas has an excellent sales team. Service team seems uncaring and can be rude. Seems that they do not really understand what my issue was with the NAV system. Ultimately one person made the decision to not submit nav system failure for warranty considerations.

I drive almost 3 hours a day, 5 days a week and have not had any issues. I love the looks and reliability of my vehicle. The interior is comfortable, and the controls are easy to navigate and reach. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle.

Very comfortable not to small, does not cramp your legs. And overall good car, interior is nice. Mini comforts makes you enjoy driving. One car to drive passengers you’re comfortable when you have them in your car.

The price was right. Nice design, comfortable and smooth ride. The Hyundai Blind Side Mirror and Forward Crash Avoidance systems are sub-par, and therefore the Average rating! With the exception of not being able to resolve the BSM and FCA concerns, the Dealership has been great.

Engine using oil at low mileage , Cruise control shifting is terrible.

What else can I say, the most important part of a vehicle is the engine and drive train durability. The Tucson engine started using oil at 45,000 miles and continues to do so. And from what I am told at the dealer before any work can be done on the engine the vehicle has to use more than a quart of oil every 1,000 miles before the warranty expires, which cause me to believe that Hyundai wants to put off correcting the problem long enough for the warranty to expire and then the owner has a piece of junk shortly thereafter. I have to conclude the 100,000 mile warranty is a scam. The cruise control is the worst I have ever experienced. It regularly down shifts to 5,000 rpm or more on medium road grades or with moderate head winds.

Good car. Drives rough. Overall it’s a great car, affordable. It does ride rough when cold. Adequate storage in front and back. I am not a car person but after 2 years, I have no significant issues. I would buy again if the price is right

This is my fourth Hyundai. I haven't had any problems with any of them. I would recommend a Hyundai to anyone. The dealership had very helpful people who really care about you getting the kind of car you want.

Navigation only problem with it not knowing where a location is and no option to omit highways when searching a location.

Love our Hyundai. The auto is beautiful and performs perfectly. The only issue that I have is that i fight with the navigation system when I ask for directions to a location and it tells me that it can not find that location. Once I ask and it gave me the response that it could not find the location and I was less that 100 yards for the location.

Quiet, Comfortable, Safe,

First noticed how quiet it is when driving. Next the 360 degree camera for parking in tight places. All the nice safety features like lane change warning, stay in your lane, and varying cruise control in city traffic allowing the drive to look to the sides when needed, if traffic stops, so does the car, even if you are not looking forward. Never thought I would ever need a heated steering wheel, but at times it is nice. The ability to drop the cargo floor a couple of inches, and put the rear seat backs at 90 degrees for more usable cargo space when needed, like a road trip.

Other than a small freezing of the entertainment system on occasion, I am super satisfied with my Hyundai Tucson. It fits my lifestyle and takes me where I need to go. I have never been let down or left stranded.

Love it, but not a 100%

It's just an average vehicle. I love it, but finding difficult to love. It lacks power and gas mileage. I would buy again if I knew they took care of these issues. Love the ride, the 4 wheel lock is awesome.

Small

Overall, the vehicle is too small for my needs. I am not a tall man and yet my head hits the top of the roof entering the vehicle. Also, the back area is small and barely enough to accommodate groceries.
