What can you say about 19 yesr old car that runs like new

How can you say anything negative about a 19year old car that has required no unusual repairs and runs perfectly. I get about 25mph which may not be great for 2023 car but 2005!? Just keep Oil change, required upgrades and maintenance and don’t hit anything too big and it will keep going. This one has 276000 miles and still driving well

,000 a large trunk and easy to drive long distances or short.

My 2005 Camry has almost 200,000 miles and still runs like new - thanks also to Boss Automotive in West Chester where I have it serviced regularly for tire rotation, oil change etc. It has a very large trunk and is roomy inside plus easy to get in and out of helps when transporting others. Controls are easy to read , and I have nothing negative to say about it. 30,000 miles when I bought it as a used car.

LOVE my 2005 Camry XLE

I love my 2005 Camry. I bought mine used with 79k miles on it. I have never had a problem. It now has over 156k miles on it. I have done regular annual maintenance, nothing more. Mine is an XLE with leather interior, upgraded stereo and V6 engine.

2005 camry

This is the best car ever made. 4 cyl will go 85 all day fully loaded and get 32 mpg. Smooth ride and very little maintenance. If i buy another car ill look for tis same year and same car with less miles than mine.

LONGEVITY

I bought the Camry XLE in 2015 with 237K miles. Did no major repairs until 2021 which replacing the radiator and brakes system due to rust corrosion. Also replaced rear ABS wheel speed sensor wire bundle due to broken wires turning on the dash warning lights. Today 2022 miles is 273K. Normal ware & tare with tire purchase’s and some rust on the right rocker panel and lower carriage due to Wisconsin road salt corrosion. Oil is changed every 3K and there’s no oil or fluid leaks. Comfortable car to drive with no engine or transmission problems. Average fuel consumption is 21 mpg. One of my favorite cars I’ve owned. I would like to try the Toyota Avalon as my next car because it’s built on a Lexus platform, which is supposed to be better than the Camry platform. It would have to be an Alabama car, because a 20 year old car still looks like it came from the show room floor. The northern rust belt will consume a vehicle in 20 years

2005 Toyota Camry XLE

I bought this vehicle brand new at Tom O’Briens Toyota. I bought my dream car, a Jaguar S-Type, in 2000, that I traded in because I had nothing but problems including electrical issues, and eventually transmission replacement at 50,000 miles. I chose the Toyota because of their reputation as being RELIABLE! I have not been disappointed. This car has out preformed every other car I’ve had! All I’ve needed is basic service and maintenance. I did as recommended at 100,000 miles and had the timing belt replaced. At this point in time, this will be-the last car I own!!!

Most reliable vehicle ever owned

With 188,000 miles and no major repairs except replacement of worn out front struts, this 2005 Toyota Camry is the best car I ever owned. Excellent visibility all around, comfortable seats including rear seats, and plenty of space for hauling suitcases. Front and rear bumpers provide good body protection for parallel parking,

Nice car, but engine doesn't start, burns oil

Great first car, but burns oil. A problem that Toyota knows about, but didn't really fix. Another then that great car, very spacious. Good auto system. Full size spare tire, body doesn't have almost any rust

Amazing reliability.

My Camry has 450,000 miles on it and is still running on almost 100% of the original parts. I feel that with regular oil changes these cars run forever. My wife always asks when I’m going to get rid of it. I just say it still runs like the day I bought it so why change. The paint does fade and I’ve painted it twice but that’s a small price to pay. 2 years ago I lost control on I4 and skidded into a mud filled ditch. We towed it out, hosed it off, and continued on our trip like nothing happened. This is the best car I’ve ever had. When it finally does die I will for sure replace it with another Camry.

Fifteen years of reliability!

It's a good looking and very reliable car! The Camry got 33 mpg on the highway when we drove to visit my mother in Arkansas. I have the car serviced regularly and we have had nothing but positive experiences for the last fifteen years. Now, that's a car!

Excellent. Run like a new with more than 270k miles

Just excellent. Still drive like a new having more 270k miles. Camry is worth the money. Three of our kids used this car to practice driving. I have never had any major issues. I have just changed oil every three month and had scheduled maintenance for years.

LET'S GO PLACES

What more can i say, other than the fact this is a long lasting vehicle that's name holds weight. Toyota's are built to last and my Toyota Camry is a testament to that. Clocking in a 27+k mileages this bad boy has an engine that'll take me places. Albeit that these engine models did need some maintenance due to the piston heads needing to be replaced causing the burning of oil, it's still a fix that makes it a keeper. I bought this bad boy for dirt cheap but i can tell that this car has made more money in a year for me that i could ever dream of. I honestly most definitely bought my car 4 to 5 times over with how I've been working hard. I'm grateful that most of the work done to this oldie isn't that crazy and could even be done by myself, which i have actually. I'm telling Toyota makes really good cars and think everybody should own at least one Yota in their lifetime. Because the second i turn that key ? and hear that engine purr on boyyyy i know it's go time!

2005 Toyota Camry

Best vehicle that I've owned that is why I'm still driving it after 15 years. I would purchase another one if the road noise wasn't bad and the comfort inside was better. The price for this vehicle is important also.

A long-lived, reliable fun to drive car.

We have had it for a while. bough† it when we retired and said it would be our last car. It is sure proving to be that. And btw we think the front style of the new ones is ugly. But some of the new features, like lane assist would be useful.
