Excellent customer service from service representative, Derrick Gillard
I wanted to take time out to give thanks and kudos to the best service representative I have ever com
e across in my many years (45 plus years) of automotive ownership. His name is Derrick Gillard and he goes above and beyond to help Hyundai owners receive quality care and service. I have dealt with Derrick Gillard twice in the last month. Once for general maintenance items and the second time for an emergency automotive issue with a inverter radiator on my hybrid Sonata automobile. Derrick helped me receive warranty service for the radiator issue and put me in a rental while my car was repaired. He kept me informed of everything that was occurring in the process, sometimes texting or phoning me as late as 8:00 pm or 8:30 pm with updates and necessary information. It is rare you come across such a wise, caring and service oriented dealership service representative in today’s world. I am only going to deal with Derrick Gillard for all my future dealership service needs at Randy Wise Hyundai Automotive Mall. Thank you Derrick.

I brought my Veracruz in for two recall notices. Appointments were booked out two and a half months,
but since Covid, I suppose that's normal. Staff was very friendly, from the man checking in my car, to the employee welcoming me into the facility, and the service provider behind the counter. The facility is dismal and drab and rundown looking. No amenities for the wait, only one chair to sit on, but again, the staff was cheery and pleasant. They were able to do one recall job, but couldn't diagnose why my airbag light was staying on. They said they could replace the airbag mechanism for $1500. No thanks! I hope my airbag will open when it's supposed to! Glad to hear they are moving to new facilities - the employees deserve a fresher place to work!

got to the dealership we w
ere greeted at the door by gentleman named David Bunea, who then told us that Reno was not in. After making that statement to us David immediately went about helping us with our purchase. He was a very personable
salesperson and totally professional in responding to our questions and answering
them. After a few back and forth negotiations we reached an agreement to purchase our new vehicle. I have to say again, as a salesperson, David made our experience stress free and memorable. We have made quite a few purchases over our many years, but this one was by far the most enjoyable.
