reeted by Efrem my service advisor who was friendly efficient & checked me in ; i went to the waiting room that was clean & had cold drinks , coffee etc…. after tests done Efrem let me know they tested my battery & seemed ok but wanted to do another test to be sure & came back after 2nd test to let me know i did NOT need a new battery & the multi point inspection showed nothing needed. This saved me $500! I was impressed with the service & honesty displayed & highly recommend this dealer.

My wife and I were car shopping and saw a Hybrid Tucson at the Clarksville location. This dealer had
a larger inventory than the one nearby. So, we drove the 38 minutes from Reisterstown to see if we could find something we liked. Happy to say that we did. The showroom was very inviting, clean, and pleasant. Al, our salesman, greeted us and discussed the purchase. Al was very informed on all aspects of the car and let us test drive. The car sells itself. We have owned Tucsons in the past but this does not even come close to our 2015 model. The safety features and creature comforts sold us. We haven't had any interactions with the Service Dept yet but if it is as pleasant and efficient as sales & marketing, I think we will be very satisfied.

lly expecting to scrap and fight for a good deal. From the moment Shay came up to me and my wife until the last thank you and handshake... it was absolutely an amazing car buying experience. A lot of the negotiating happened over email and phone, so we didn't have to sit around and go back and forth. Shay was polite, kind, and it felt like she really listened to what we were looking for at a fair market price. Kevin, the finance manager, was also great, he treated me like a person with dignity and respect, and not a pay check (that applied to everyone I met and talked to). Y'all, I am not filling anyone with hit air, this was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Please l, if you're in the market for a Hyundai or Stelantis product,l go see them. I would 100% buy another vehicle from them.
