I generally had a very good experience with Callie Young on the day of purchase. She was polite and
prepared with paperwork that did need some revision. Unfortunately, the survey was very specific in its questioning and my rating reflected the challenge of communication and logistics involved in selling a brand new car hot off the press to a person 50 miles away and resulted in the perception of a less than stellar effort on her part. That was not my intent. She's navigating a male-dominated environment with grace,

ger get into because of my knees. Hyundai of Elcajon California Helped me get out of the truck and into the car that I wanted. That was lower to the ground. There were so understanding very attentive to what I needs were very polite. Very straightforward Not only that, but I also bring my wife's UV here. And I've always been treated the same way it doesn't matter if you're on the sale side, if you're on the service side, even just somebody walking by. They treat you with absolute respect and ask if you need something. Even the management had at one point.Came by and asked if my wife and I needed anything when we were sitting in the lobby. I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because
: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The sales team is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. Never pushy and very friendly and respectful! I have tried to service my vehicles elsewhere only to wish I never had.
