This was a ruetin service,and took about an hour..The only over site was they forgot about me waiting in the customer lounge,only after checking my phone for text,did I see a miss call from the srevice department to come and pick up my car..valued customer, not this time.

Service was great. People friendly.
I made my appt for October 8th and arrived for a 10am appt. Appointment scheduler booked my appointment for Nov 8th. Service dept took me right in. Only waited little less than 1-1/2 hrs.

I purchased my F-150 From Parker/ White Ford in March 2017. Although it is an hours drive to the dealership I gladly make the trip. They are courteous, thorough and easy to deal with. If I have an appointment for a service they get me in and I am back on the road in short order. I can't say that about my former dealership. They do an excellent job.
