Exceeded expectations

I received excellent service at my appointment today! I came in for a basic oil change and mentioned a tire problem I was having. They looked into the issue during the oil change and explained everything clearly, and for no additional charge. I previously owned a Toyota and used Parker Toyota for maintenance. My Ford came from another dealership with a warranty requiring service from a Ford dealership. I was disappointed to have to leave Parker Toyota, they set the bar very high but Mike White Ford has exceeded my expectations!

Waste of time

I wasted 3 1/2 hour of MY TIME your service department can’t get their story straight. Didn’t even start working on it yet. Just an oil change so took my keys back and went down the street for the oil change had it done in 20 minutes. Can’t say anything good about your service department .
