Quick oil change with a great waiting area
Took our 2019 Santa Fe in for it's first service at 6,000 miles which I believe is an oil change and a quick inspection. The first service is free and provides a good indicator of what to expect from the servicing department. The staff were friendly. I was checked in and then led to a comfortable waiting area. There was complementary water and coffee as well as some chicken biscuits. They had a shuttle bus driver to get people to work if their car was going to be in all day however I was only there a maximum of 30 minutes and did not require it. All in all - a professional service.

You paid the same price every customer pays. You were sent an itemized list of charges and you approved it. Every ticket generated has a hazard waste fee at all of our stores. We are very transparent and have an outstanding reputation in our community. We do not steal from anyone.

Thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of my 45,000 mile service appointment at Tameron Hyundai. My Service Advisor, Matt Austin, is very courteous, concerned and helpful. I have had my Elantra serviced at Tameron for seven years and would not consider taking it anywhere else.

Courteous prompt service
My first experience with Tameron Hyundai was in May, 2014. I was able to purchase a new 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Since that time, I purchased another new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I have always received excellent service and I live in Prattville, but do not mind driving the extra distance for the courteous and prompt service. I would highly recommend Tameron Hyundai to anyone looking for a great deal.
