From the time I spoke with the service representative (Mr. Will Bishop) on the phone, from when I met with him, until my vehicle was ready; he was friendly and helpful. He made me aware of funds I was due for my mileage and went so far as updating my address information that company had on file (which was my previous address) to notify them of the mileage on my vehicle so I may receive my refund via the mail. I received my vehicle back that evening in a timely fashion.

Once (before - about a year or so ago) I remember their was an issue with my vehicle for months that another dealership was not able to resolve. I brought my vehicle into you all and it was resolved when I received my vehicle back that same day.
