Poor Service Department
Would never purchase a car from this dealership. In my opinion, the service department is unethical. After several scheduled service visits, where I mentioned a problem with the wheel finish, I finally found documentation that the wheels should have been prepared. However, my vehicle was then 3k miles out of warranty and they refused to cover. Again, this was after I asked about the wheel problem several times prior to warranty expiration.

I could not ask for a better sales rep. Very attentive to my needs and helped to find the right vehicle for us. Very patient while my wife and I were making our final decision. She and her manager helped to get us a good deal. Sales rep was very knowledgeable of the SUV we selected and gave us a great tutorial and introduction to its many features

Overall good experience in purchasing the car from fort mill Hyundai. They responded to all the questions patiently and delivered the car as promised. Sales person (Zoey) helped to find the car color and interior we asked for and worked with us all through the process.

Cindy was wonderful to deal with and is very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle I purchased. She did everything she could to keep a smile on my face during the purchase. There were a few issues after the purchase outside of her but we're resolved.

Exceptional customer service
Fort mill Hyundai went above and beyond to put me in the Hyundai palisades we wanted. Bobby our salesman was top notch from the first time I spoke with him and even after the deal was done. He continues to check in to make sure everything is still good. The entire team at fort mill was terrific. We drive 2 1/2 hours from North Charleston to deal with them because the local dealers didn’t care about selling us a car. I would recommend buying from them even if you have to travel.

Not pleasant experience
Would not recommend this dealership at
all. I believe in honesty and this dealership has bad intentions when selling a car stay away they are sneaky and I did not appreciate that at all.
