In March of 2024 our daughter bought a 2020 Palisade and an extended warranty from this dealership. Normally we buy used but she wanted the security of knowing a dealership looked it over and it would be mechanically sound and hopefully a reliable vehicle to last her a while. However, she has had multiple mechanical issues since that purchase. And worst of all, is the unimaginable long wait to even get the problem diagnosed. Because she did buy their warranty, she is obligated to bring the car back to them for her servicing, and they run on average 6-8 weeks out for any kind of service you need. This is not even practical. How is a person supposed to go this long without a vehicle!? It doesn't even matter what type of service she needs, it's always a 6-8 week wait at least. This last mechanical issue left her stranded on the highway. She paid for towing to a different shop who diagnosed and fixed the alternator but then the entire dash went out and the car is like in limp mode. She then had to have it towed to the dealership where it is still just sitting outside waiting for someone to take a look at it. We were told it may just need the computer recalibrated since the battery had been removed. But unfortunately, they can't even take a look for 6-8 weeks because they "have cars sitting there waiting for engines." Hmmm, i wonder why so many vehicles need new engines!? Warning folks, dont buy a car or an extended warranty from this dealership!!

Great place to find reliable used cars.
I've bought 3 vehicles from here and multiple people in my family have as well, if you want somebody who's understanding and trustworthy, I highly recommend Lee Guilford. Starting in 2019 when I got into an accident I came here and met Lee Guilford who helped me through the process and got me into my 2012 Hyundai Genisis which came highly recommended by Lee considering my financial situation and budget he said it would be the best and reliable fit for me and my family's needs, and I paid it off and still own and drive it till this day. When I was back on the market for a vehicle I instantly went to Lee and asked his suggestion, and he got me into a 2019 Hyundai Kona with 9500 miles on it for and great price and super low interest rate which I drove for 2 years but as my family continues to get bigger, I needed a bigger vehicle and Lee being the only person I trust to buy vehicles from. Him and I talked for months about finding the perfect vehicle to accommodate what I need and when he finally felt like he found something he called me, and I came in the same day and ended up trading the Kona for a 2017 Kia Sorento SXL which matched perfectly what my family needed.

Took my 2016 Hyundai Sonata hybrid in for repairs in 2023 three times the third time they finally gave me a loaner and it still took two months!
I have a 2016 Hyundai Sonata hybrid Limited. I had problems with it last year I think by the third time they got it fixed they finally gave me a loaner and it took two months. This year I am having more trouble again took it over to Fox Hyundai dealership in Ann Arbor, I only have 118,000 miles on the car, they said they could look at my car in April. This is January!unbelievable that that is the best they can do. I don’t have an extra car to drive around in!

Online purchase Blue Camaro Convertible to Miami
I purchase my car completely online and through the phone. Casey was quick to share some beautiful pictures of the vehicle and Lee Guilford took care of the rest. After a couple of text messages and some phone calls, I had secured the car I had been looking for. The whole process was made very simple by Lee and Patrick took care of the paperwork. Lee made himself available every day and provided me his personal mobile number in case I had any questions. I decided to fly to Michigan from Miami myself and drive the vehicle down and I am so glad I did. I got a chance to meet some incredible people at Fox Hyundai and had a pleasant conversation with Lee. I definitely would recommend doing business with them. They are very experienced and thorough with information requested and get back to you right away. Very impressed with the quality of service and attention I received. The car is beautiful, drives like new, and I get compliments everywhere I go. Thanks Fox Hyundai and THANK YOU LEE for all of your help. Best wishes to all of you.

Engine Light Blinking,
My Hyundai Santa Fe Engine light came on while driving. Vehicle made clunking noise. Towed it in on August 3rd. First, I was told that the wait is 2 weeks out before they can even look at it. Called them the next day and now they are saying 6 weeks before they can see my car. I have to find my own transportation to work and back. They seem not to care about the burden it is just waiting to see what's wrong with my car. Hopefully car issue is fixed before school starts.

Tahoe Purchase
Purchased a Tahoe from the pre-owned lot. There were a couple of things that needed repair. The repairs were discussed prior to purchase and everything was repaired free of charge which is the way it should be. Curtis, the manager of the pre-owned department there was great with communicating and made this experience a good one after being in a bad car accident. He repaired things out of good faith and you don’t see that a lot with used vehicles. Would recommend over and over again and will purchase from them in the future!

Do not trust multi point inspection oil change etc in 45 mintes?
I do not trust multi point inspection.. Oil change, etc inspection etc in 45 minute all green except 1 red.
The car has other issues = did not bring it up

Quick Lube visit
We needed a check up of our vehicle for a long trip.Rose at scheduling suggested Quick Lube and it’s services without having to schedule an appointment . I drove up and check in was easily done. Brett was a great communicator of the entire process.The technician checked everything and had to only replace a brake light bulb .I so recommend the staff at this dealership for their efficiency and professionalism .
