Lazy and unprofessional
I had set up an appointment a week in advance for a min wheel hub replacement on the 28th.(btw super easy I just do not have the tools for this) They called and said they're mechanic wasn't there(weird but ok) they told me that they would call me back. I never got a call back. I called the next day and they flat out told me the guy didn't want to work on it. Thanks for wasting a week of my time.

Took Good Care Of Daughter’s Car
Based on my experience (and my daughter’s experience) with Sullivan’s, these other “recent” reviews slamming them look bogus to me, like someone is out to get them.

My daughter had an emergency with her brakes. Sullivan’s had the car towed to their garage and fixed the brakes, all for $100. I live three hours away and was unable to be there to help. I was very relieved that my daughter found an honest garage.

Total Rip-Offs
Repairs never preformed, fraudulent credit card billing, used parts being used, issues created for future repear, this shop is a total tip-off....would suggest contacting the BBB for full warning report.

Scam alert!! dont go there with out of state plates!!
Went for an inspection and to have a brake light bulb replaced on 9/18/2020 and failed the inspection due to worn brake pads which was no problem I want to know things like that when i get inspected but the whole experience was shady and then i noticed they didnt replace the bulb that i paid to have replaced so i brought it back and had them do it for real, so now I start to think i must have got scammed because i had out of state plates( i just moved here)so i brought my car to firestone and they did a thorough inspection (which I PASSED) documenting all measurements and gave me everything in writing which is something sullivans didnt do, so to get to the point sullivans lied about the depth of my brakes which were well over the legal depth not to mention they forgot they even scheduled me the first time i went so i ended up going there 3 times just to have a brake bulb finally replaced and a fake undocumented inspection. While i was there another customer was pissed because he was also getting the runaround..the head mechanic on duty wouldnt even engage me when i tried to talk about the whole situation..it gives me no pleasure to talk badly about someones business but WOW man this whole experience was just shady on top of shady with a side of a shady..

Car was BROKEN INTO
While under repair car was broken into because employees left it unlocked overnight in their parking lot. This is mind blowing. They took zero responsibility and did nothing to remedy the situation. In their management’s words “it’s an open parking lot.” If I am trusting mechanics to work on my vehicle. Then at the very least lock the cars doors....

LOSERS
They left my car unlocked in the parking lot over night and was broken into. Never got a call after asking to speak with management. Week went by and still no call. Had to call them 3 times to finally get management on the phone and all he said was 'ugh it's an open a parking lot". You left my car unlocked...all you had to do was lock it you idiots. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR! THEY ARE LOSERS! If I could leave less than a star I would...

Total Rip-Offs
Total Rip-Offs, parts left off vehicle, billed for worked never done, threatened when questioned about work, vehicle rendered unsafe after fraudulent unnecessary repairs, refused to correct safety issues...currently in legal litigation for reimbursement of fraudulent credit card billing and misrepresentation of services preformed...Beware of this business.

Sulllivan's gave me a brake
Brake peddle was almost to the floor. Took it to Sullivan's . They did the brake job, they got me in and out, price was great, I got good brakes and I'm back on the road. What else can I say. Great place, great people and great mechanics. 5 star that's for sure.

Honesty and Integrity
I drove up to Sullivans Family Auto with an almost completely flat tire. Steven looked at it immediately, repaired the tire, checked the others, and I was back n the road in fifteen minutes for under twenty dollars. Great mechanics that are very trustworthy.

Reliable local auto service company.
Friendly staff, quick service. I arrived without a booking at around 3pm, they had my car serviced, completed a state inspection and did a tire rotation and had it ready by 5.30 pm. I have a voucher book that my wife purchased with them, over $1,000 worth of services for just $100. Great value.
