Love the kona N but dealer mark up ruined the brand for me

The car is incredibly fun but in my excitement to buy the car I didnt think much about the price later after looking into what the car goes for I am unhappy with the mark up and wont get suckered into a hyundai again

Quick little car - Kona N

It's a fun little car to drive around town and its an eye catcher to car enthusiast. The exhaust sounds nice and pops. The best part is the acceleration of the vehicle. Feels like you are driving a fast go cart with style.

Insane performance that blew me away

The performance of this car just can't be understood without driving it. It's *too fun*. It makes no sense, but I've driven every new sports car under $120k over the last 10 years and this *little Hyundai* is some of the most fun I've had by far!

This is one great car. I had a 2019 Ironman Kona. This is even better. I has adjustable setting for steering, exhaust, ride, Turbo, and Engine setting. It has a great dash display. Electric windows, driver's seat, and android auto. The nav system is great. Best of all is the price. The only thing missing is a heads-up display.

Mistake

Owned it for 3 months and has been broke down for over 40 days on two occasions. Good thing Hyundai has a long warranty because I’m going to need it. Well unless it breaks down one more time because then I can file for a federal lemon law.

Just the right size.

Perfect all around vehicle, it fits 4 adults and gets great gas mileage. Way more vehicle than what I expected for this price, I purchased the Kona N model and the performance and handling are on par with the sports car we replaced.

Practical Hot Hatch

The Kona N is a real driver's car that is practical and distinctive. Surprising acceleration and adjustable/customizable controls. It's a Group A rally car that also carries groceries and kinda sips gas, if you have the discipline to ease off the addictive throttle. It's a sleeper for those who see the Kona, but very exciting for those who know what the N badge means.

The Kona N is fun to drive and is a wonderfully packaged vehicle. It is efficient enough while driving in N mode in a fun safe way (16.8-21mpg), also in normal on highway (27-31) and 33 is the highest average I have seen on a long highway drive in eco. The exhaust never gets old. The Harmon kordon speakers are great and clear. The infotainment is some of the best in the industry IMHO. Comfortable for me to drive. Decent styling that I like without drawing unwanted attention. Bought new and made sure to properly break engine in for the first 600. Brakes still slightly squeaky at 4100 miles but much better then at first. Brakes work great too. I believe this car will be with me for a while and only time will ultimately tell its reliability. I love this car. Great job hyundai

Excellent little performance suv

I purchased this Kona N for my wife she wanted a small SUV with a little bit of power, this little Suv is really fast and fun to drive. It’s easy to maneuver, corner’s really well, the different drive modes are cool.

Love the performance and bang for your buck of the Kona N! Wish it had the adaptive cruise control and cooled seats from the euro spec. So far so good though with about 1500 MI on the vehicle. Very fun car overall and a lot of shocked faces when this car pulls on people!

Overall fun to drive easy access for my wife, great handling braking performance and acceleration. Averaged 35 mph on a 500 plus mile road trip. Looks and paint of vehicle are impressed, only down fall thought stero would sound a bit better for price of vehicle

N car is the one to get

Power, value, styling, displays, wheels, custom drive modes on the fly. This car is the most fun for the $ in the market. Drive one. Watch a few YouTube reviews. Its important to review the N car and not the N Line car, they are totallu different. Enjoy ;)

This car is almost perfect. Needed a few more options, Sunroof would be good, Having the ability to put a hitch on the rear to carry extra toys would be nice. But the most important one is should have an ALL wheel option for the N and it would be perfect.

Great car as a whole. Service department at Northtown Hyundai was abysmal, sales department was great. Overall I’m happy with the car but truly concerned about it’s long term reliability. I don’t know if I will ever be getting the car serviced back at Northtown. There are plenty of other Hyundai dealerships in my area that I would much rather deal with

Get the N! It’s handled like a sports car and holds the kids and the groceries. Test drive and see for yourself!!! Big brakes, fast shifting dual clutch, feels like a little race car. You won’t be disappointed

Kona N For the win!

Best performing and handling vehicle you can buy for under $36k that outperforms many other vehicles that are $10-$20k more expensive. Tremendous car. However some features not available in the USA vs other Markets suchs as Canada, Australia or Europe. For instance. No heads up display on the kona N in the USA, Also no spare tire in the USA but Australia gets a factory spare tire. However the raw performance makes up for it.

Fun but major issue

Great vehicle but suspension problems less than 700 miles. Ita fun to drive and looks great but I can't even get an appointment for service since they are booked over a month out. We will see how good the warranty is when I finally get in to service department

Kona N - Not your average Kona

As SUV replace sedan and hatchback cars, Hyundai took an opportunity to create a hot suv and boy did they deliver. The Kona N keeps you grinning from ear to ear every time you take it for a drive. This auto is crazy and fun.
