The Kona N is great. It's a Super Kona! It has a good adjustable ride. Good adjustable handling. Good adjustable sound. Gets great gas milage. I get 30 mpg typically. It's a multi car. I can be a gentle SUV, adjustable to a Fire Breathing SUV. Your Choice!

The Kona N is an absolute beast of a car. Everything I wanted with a performance car is packed into the Kona N. It's fast, rigid and handles amazing. The Kona N's exterior and interior look is nice and feels like a modern performance car.

My Kona N has proven to be everything promised. Great performance at a reasonable price. Excited to take my Kona to the track and test my limits. Excellent electronics features as well. I enjoy the sound system when the road noise is not to bad.

The Kona N is a wild child, with neck snapping torque insane grip in the corners, race trac focused engineering and components. The car is an absolute blast to drive and will make you smile constantly

Unexpected

I didn’t know you could get a performance platform in an suv at THIS price range. What a steal! The vehicle does lack some minor aesthetics or quality in some areas, but more than makes up for it by focusing on being what it was designed to be.

Amazing car for a great price.

I researched a couple of cars before deciding on the Kona n. I was interested in the VW Golf GTI, Wolfsburg edition and the VW Jetta GLI. The Kona N impressed me the most, due to the price, styling, warranty, and performance. I am still amazed at just how well this vehicle performs. I even achieved 39.5 mpg on my way to Dallas, Tx, which is amazing for this type of vehicle. It is comfortable and looks great.

2022 Kona N is the understated underdog

The 2022 Kona N is a surprisingly quick small crossover. With its turbocharged 4 cylinder it just lets you rip around corners on and off the track. The 8spd wet dual clutch, is quick, precise, and know exactly what it’s doing. In town though it does get kind of flustered.

The best sport suv for the money can buy. At the touch of a button it goes from mild mannered family suv to trackable hot hatch. You can also got your kids in, turn the exhaust up and watch them smile

Fast, fun and safe.

The Kona N is a surprisingly great commuter car offering lots of handling options which the driver can change on the fly. From ride quality, transmission shifts, engine response, steering, and exhaust sounds. The car can be also taken to the track. Fuel consumption is good for a small performance vehicle.

This is an amazing car to drive. It will put a smile on any enthusiast's face. The only downsides are lack of storage space and road noise. Suspension is a little stiff as well. The acceleration and sporty exhaust sounds will make you forget about these minor annoyances.

No issues

The car is awsome, love it. Dealerships should hand wash the cars. I will have to take my car to professionally get detailed and get paint correctio to get the swirl marks out of the paint caused by machine washing. Missing the extra options that other countries get sucks.

Amazing driving experience awesome safety features great performance and easy to maneuver around excellent buy for me

10 out of 10. Just a wonderful experience driving around and long distance great performance on highway the safety features are awesome. Turbo and n motion are up the hook I was amazing to drive this car every were I go people give me a complement great comfort. The Kona N will take you by surprise

The Kona has already established itself as a sporting looking mini-SUV, however the N model takes everything you expect and turns it inside out. The styling, the sounds, the performance are all cranked up to 11. As the traditional hot hatch continues to disappear in the U.S. the Kona N will most certainly satisfy all of those cravings, even if you’re making the sad, but inevitable switch from a manual gear box to the surprisingly well performing dual-clutch transmission. The normal ride is a little bumpy, but if you’re a driving enthusiast you wont mind at all.

Great Car

I purchased the Kona N for the fun aspect, but, also needed a daily driver. The Kona N fits the bill perfectly. Power is impressive and fun. Comfort is very good even on long highway stints. Would definitely recommend this vehicle.

Nothing On The Road Quite Like It

I "downsized" from two vehicles to one: my previous vehicles being a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST (modified for auto-crossing fun) and a 2017 Kia Soul Turbo for general use. The 2022 Kona N that I purchased has not only pleased me but has FAR exceeded my expectations as an everyday performance car. I thought I'd miss the Fiesta ST's power and handling and I do -- but not nearly as much as I thought I would because the Kona N is quite amazingly capable. I look forward to a long and happy association with this vehicle.

Kona N is the best car I've ever driven

(Kona N trim specific) I had been looking in the hot-hatch segment for a while but found the options in the US lacking. Either too small, poor looks, or just not my style. I started looking for a small SUV as something more practical, and I was surprised to hear about the Kona N -small SUV (large hatch) with the power to boot! Also, it looks the part too unlike some other options. I've driven my friend's performance cars (Golfs, Focus ST, Supra, assorted BMWs, Miata, and a Tesla) but this thing hits different in a crazy unhinged but still solid kinda of way that just makes me laugh like an idiot every time I drive it. I wouldn't say it is better, just different in some very good ways. While there are a few things that could be improved (or personal taste differences) I think this is one of the most exciting cars to come out in a long time, and it's the car that finally got me to upgrade -absolutely love it!

Amazing car that not only delivers the power and handling but also the comfort of everyday driving. We own a 2021 Veloster N with 353whp and after driving this it is just an amazing vehicle. It handles and performs like the Veloster N with more comfort more room and ability to be comfortable but stylish.

Kona N DCT

Love this Little Pocket Rocket of a "SUV". I call it a hatchback. The performance is strong, tech is up to date and easy to use. Love the simple N styling ques. The N mode is tough, a little too much for the average day road. The car prefers the Track over any mountain runs. I think this car in auto cross would be okay but won't shine, the E differential really has a "hook" feel to it while turning in and you can power out smiling cause the front wheels are gripping!.
