Early problems

Drove car from dealer, within 100 miles check engine light illuminates. As of yet dealer has been three times unable to correct. Currently have a loaner from dealer. I don't want to drive a loaner. I want my new car fixed. In praise of dealer, Causeway (Chris) in Manahawkin NJ has been excellent.

Great car, bought it for my mom.

We bought a 2022 Hyundai Kona LTD for my mom to replace her Ford Escape, which was having issues with reliability. For the price we paid for the Kona, we got every premium option possible in the car. Leather heated seats, heated mirrors, AWD, power everything etc etc etc. Really great warranty too. Great dealer experience. What we paid would have got us a mid level for most other brands. It really is an amazing car and a great value.

Fun to drive

Quick turbocharged engine makes this car fun to drive with great handling and a comfortable ride. Very good gas mileage. Definitely has a sporty cool look. Interior features are easily accessible for the driver.

Kona is fun to drive

The Kona is a stylish looking car and fun to drive. It has great features and the ride is smooth. It is great on gas mileage and I have had no issues with the car. It is a very nice subcompact SUV. It has a decent amount of horsepower for me. It has a very relaxing ride.

Love the KONA Limited

I have only had this for a 1.5 months, so far so good. I love it! Very happy I have the turbo engine, and I like the interior & exterior. I will probably regret the black leather seats this summer, but couldn't find one with gray interior :(

Great Experience

Do to Covid pandemic, I have had less opportunity to go places, so have not driven the vehicle that much. Also, I don't need to go out a lot in extremely cold or inclement weather, as I work remotely much of the time.

Fun Sporty Crossover

I love the power of this car and its just the right size for my wife, my puppy and I for when we will go traveling. Smooth ride and having a full range of safety features has been fantastic. First time having extra features like rear sensors, rapid defrosters and heated mirrors, and heated seats.

Fits my needs.

The vehicle has a surprisingly nice ride! Great mileage and performance is solid with the standard 4 cylinder engine. Very smooth shifting. Many many features I did not think you could get in a vehicle at this price.

Nice car.

The awd is great, mpg could be better but it is awd so that doesn’t help. Worth loosing a few mpg. Drivers seat is f comfortable if you in the car for over a hour. Also I’m only 5.9 and there is no room in the back for adults kinda with it was a tad larger. I do like the car and ride is nice.

Totally awesome!

Fun to drive, sporty, awesome safety features, gets lots of compliments! It pretty much drives itself. It’s very easy to see out of, I love the audio system, the safety features are top notch, and I believe it’s a value for all the cool stuff it does

Can't beat a Hyundai

This is my third Hyundai and I've never had any problems with them. I've had two Sonatas and now I have the Kona. Love the ride and the efficiency. They are reliable and are fun to drive. I would highly recommended a Hyundai!

2022 Kona N-Line

Everything is great except that Dual Clutch dry transmission. It's a manual transmission controlled or shifted by the ECM (Electronic Control Module). There is no transmission fluid it's DRY. So if your slip sliding in the snow or up a slick hill it heats up and will shut down and won't begin again till it gets down to a certain temperature. I didn't realize this until after I bought it. I never heard of it and I called an AAMCO Transmission shop and they told me it's the worst thing ever designed. They thought I had a Ford (Fix Or Repair Daily) HA! I saw this sticker in the truck "160 lbs load limit" that caused me to investigate the DC transmission. Tonight I was driving in the snow and I was parking at a restaurant and the cars wheels where spinning and you could smell the tranny heating up.

Was looking to replace the vehicle I had because it was starting to age on me so I went looking at the hyundai dealership near me since my family had purchased cars from there and they helped me figure what I really wanted and found a new car for me at a good price, couldn't be happier.

Zippy, fun to drive

I was sad about downsizing from my large, comfy SUV. But I was doing it for greater purpose. I didn't even want to test drive the Kona, thinking it would fail in comparison. I was really wrong! This little thing is so much fun to drive. The price was right on point for my goal, and I can't wait until the AWD electric version of this car is available.

Hyundai Kona 2022

Excellent vehicle. I feel safe in it due to the features it has. It's also very comfortable and has a very different color. Love the autopilot and I enjoy the fact that my phone is connected to the car which makes navigation a lot easier.

Kona sel

I love my new Kona, it’s the perfect size for my needs and it handles very nicely. I’m comfortable with the room inside. I previously owned a Santa Fe which is technically a larger vehicle but the Kona feels very similar to me. In my opinion Hyundai is a great brand. ( I had my Santa Fe for 15 years).

Lots of technical options, but they are easy to use and fun to drive. Good gas mileage. Very sporty .comfortable, love the blue wave color. Lots of compliments. Good value for the money. Preforms well, great interior design, Very stylish nice size screen for the map.
