My third consecutive Santa Fe

Things started out a little rough. Bought in Ocala, Florida, we soon after began a road trip to the Seattle area. With under 5000 miles on the car, the gauges went crazy in Billings, Montana. The dash showed several warning lights, told me that the emergency brake was on when it wasn't, etc. We took it to Underriner Motors in Billings and they were gracious enough to investigate the next morning, costing us a day on our trip. They said that all they could find was a "loose wire" but the problem went away and has not returned. Shortly after that, at 7389 miles, I started the car and it shook violently from vibration. I nursed it to the nearest dealer, Haselwood Hyundai, in Bremerton, Washington. They told me that the number 2 cylinder was misfiring. This problem also went away and has not returned. Being my third Sante Fe in a row, I had not had these issues in the past and was starting to get discouraged. The vehicle now has close to 60,000 miles and I have had no other problems.

I love Santa Fe. I currently have a 2023 limited and I have loved it. Very reliable and customer service in Bowling Green KY has been above average.

LOVE this Car!

I really wanted a Genesis, but I also wanted the 360-degree cameras. In November 2023, the cost of the Genesis with this feature was not affordable. The salesman listened to me and suggested I test the Sante Fe because it had the cameras and was also available as a Sign and Drive promotion, with zero down. I took the drive and purchased the car without further question. The accessories and included equipment were impressive. The panoramic roof is impressive! There were a few minor things missing, but safety was my priority, not having an air-conditioned seat. I have had no issues requiring the assistance of the dealer. The car is wearing very well and I confidently recommend this vehicle. The gas milage is reasonable for a car as large as this one is.

Not a big fan

There is plenty of room in the back and the back seats. Not a big fan of the push button gears. Don’t like how the brakes feel from day one. The media screen is a good size. Don’t like the parking brake coming on without me initiating. And totally I rated with the timing I’m given when I unlock the doors! Also when I turn off engine and ONLY the driver door unlocks. Looking forward to turning this in.

Hyundai keeps building a good vehicle, I have to say I’d change a few things like power/fuel saver should be something I turn on not require me turning it off every time. The steering wheel assis and distance track with cruise control tracks on cars or objects in ther lanes or cars traveling opposite way in turns

Great performance and integrity-Interior design somewhat lacking.

My 2023 Santa Fe was my third Santa Fe. The interior was changed from my previous Santa Fe’s and this 2023 lacks front seat accessible storage. The overhead glasses storage was eliminated as was the tray storage between the front seats. Vehicle has been reliable and economical.

Bring back this body style or something close. I have owned 5 Santa fe's and referred my sister and she bought a Tucson 2020 and a Palisade 2025. I love these styles of the body but with nee santa fe body style I will not be purchasing another . I really hope they make a change

So far everything works well. The only negative thing I can say is the “studder” due to the dual clutch transmission in slow traffic is annoying.

Love my vehicle.

Love just about everything about my vehicle except it would be nice for the price that I paid if the seats would turn on with blue link. It would be nice to sit in a cooled seat in the summer using blue link

I love my Sante Fe. Issues with the tires.

I would hope that you could use a better grade tire on your new vehicles. Mine only lasted for 8900 miles. I got a nail in my tire today. The tread left on my tires is not good. I only have 8900 miles on my car. I ended up buying 4 new tires to be prepared for winter. I would hope you could put better tires on the new cars.
