My recent experience on 2/3/23 it is what I have come to expect after taking my vehicles to Tire Empire for over 40 years. My 1999 Volvo which I only use locally started to idle rough and upon applying gas. I suspected I needed new spark plugs but the mechanic diagnosed I needed to replace at least one ignition coil but suggested I replace all the coils at once and buying a pack of coils instead of one would reduce the price of each coil and best to do it now because it would be less expensive in the long term.
As I drove the car home from the shop, the ride was smooth and comfortable, almost as good as my benz.
As per my previous post several months ago, I find the staff in the office and mechanics being professional, courteous, caring and trustworthy from the moment I arrive and greeted by Frank asking the reason of my visit, getting a call from Vinny as to the diagnostics and recommendation and paying Tony the following day.
I have been coming to Wil-John's when I moved to Staten Island in 1978 and will continue to do so. I have recommended friends, relatives and neighbors to Tire Empire -all having positive feedback on their return.
