Not as good as expected
Gas mileage at least 20% less than expected. Dealer kept offering excuses then replaced spark plugs while doing another warranty repair. Said it was a silent recall as some cars received wrong plugs at factory. I asked which plugs came out of my car. Service dept. said they couldn't tell me. Very odd since mechanic had just finished the repair. Softest paint I've ever had in 40 + years of driving. More chips, scratches and swirls than other cars with 4x the miles, Within 18 months both side mirrors stopped opening and folding as the gears stripped. Dealer replaced but said couldn't tell which part failed. I suspect plastic gears as motor still worked. Windshield washer replaced twice. Trunk divider located in place and would not go down. Dealer had to rip out and replace. Ride and drive are fine, but overall quality is POOR. My dissatisfaction is equal parts car and dealer. dealer is Volvo of the Triad in Winston-Salem NC
