We bought a car a couple of months ago and totaled it recently. Shawn Pike was our sales rep at that
time. We liked him so much that we wanted him to be our sales rep again for our new car. Shawn is very personable. He downloaded my phone for me & asked if there was anything else to help us with.
We were so happy with him!
We were also very happy with our finance guy. He explained the warranty info to us thoroughly. Normally we would not purchase a warranty but we did because of the information he shared with!!
These two are also very caring individuals & we felt right at home.

John was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to work with. The price they cam
e up with for our trade-in was right inline with what I was expecting. When he came up with the price of the car and I countered, he was empowered to go to the computer and figure out the lowest price on his own without having to go to a manager or get someone else involved. Finance still took a long time, but that was no surprise. I would go here again for sure.
