Great customer service
The service rep. I dealt with today was Kevyn Erbe. I have dealt with him before. He is very personable, professional, knows his business, and just does an excellent overall job. The dealership is a modern and clean facility with a nice waiting area. The cost of my service was actually less than Kevyn quoted me even tho I had a little more work done than was originally estimated. My car was ready 45 minutes earlier than estimated too. Everyone at the dealership I dealt with was friendly and helpful. It sure is nice to have work done on your car and the price is fair and you are treated professionally. Thanks Kevyn and all the rest of the folks that took care of me today.

My entire experience was perfect. From dropping my vehicle off, to being transported to my office meeting and picking it up when it was complete. Everyone was so nice, efficient with their time and put my needs first. It made getting my oil changed a breeze!

I will be sending in a short letter about today's experience. It was not a good one. I have been to Tom Addis Ford, Parker Ford and now Mike White Ford. This makes me rethink about my loyalty. Except for my long time service advisor Joe P, I didnt receive real customer service. He is wonderful!

Great experience
The service department at Mike White Ford is terrific. We bought tires from Kevyn Erbe. He could not have been nicer and more professional. The work was done in no time and we were on our way. We rented a car for a few hours and the price was great. We dealt with Jess who was very efficient and professional as well.

Willing to take an appointment for a seasonal tire change
Many places won't take an appointment for a seasonal tire change, White Ford will, so I got the oil changed at the same time. Only negative, my check engine light came on a couple of day before the appointment and because it wasn't scheduled, they couldn't check on the cause.
