Wallet flush time.
Needed an oil change. Tried to sell me an overpriced cabin air filter and an injector flush I did not need. This sort of business worked 20 years ago - not today. Get real and just provide a timely and fairly priced service - forget the BS and expensive parts. Very old school flim flam is not a way to build customer loyalty and trust.

Timeliness of the service
My service guy was good at not only telling me what I needed but explained to me why I needed the service done. It helped me feel better about having to spend the extra money that I did not expect.

Great Service
The entire experience from top to bottom was surprisingly beyond expectations. Everything from the Email notification, making appointment online, reminder call, shuttle service, clean environment, curteous staff and timely work. I was kept informed as the progress and procedures and explanations for required work were given. I could not have asked for more but got fresh coffee & doughnuts too.
