Everyone there was very helpful and nice. I was very disappointed when I got back to my car to get into it and there was grease all over my handle. I had gotten monogrammed floor mats for Christmas and they had gotten grease on them. They could have put paper down on the floor over them!! I was not happy at all about that!!!

The reason I chose Tameron Hyundai is the fact that it's the closest dealership/service center closest to work. After my visit, I'm glad that I chose them. They were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey.  We use these surveys to know where we need improvemnet and to give us insight to our customer's needs.  I apologize that you had a longer wait than you expected.  I tried to reach out to you and left a message, but I wanted to see if there were any other issues that you wanted to discuss.  
I looked into your service on the 21st.  I did notice that we were exceptionally busy that day, as you may have noticed when you came in.  We always put our appointmets as a priority, but unfortunately sometimes, we still get backed up.  I understand your frustration though for having a longer wait than expected.  
I hope that you will not see this experience as the norm, and will come back and vist us again.
